The protagonist is a diligent and hardworking employee who was on the verge of being promoted to market department manager, only to have his opportunity snatched by Zhao Wei, a newly hired rich second-generation with a powerful background. To make matters worse, his girlfriend from university, Tang Zhu, is seduced by Zhao Wei and ruthlessly abandons him. At his lowest point, the protagonist resolves to fight back, teaming up with allies to meticulously plan a breathtaking revenge.
