Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Yk I loved the story and this is a fun game. It has tons of cool call backs to dbd and many interesting choices!

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 1: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really like the game and the story, i dont understand why the reviews are negative. It is cool there are some DBD things in it. I genuily enjoy it! The only problem is sometimes the game crashes which is sad, thankfully it saved up the last scenes.
The game itself is okey, but the shader stutter through the whole game, and it made me even not see one of the crucial skill checks cause of 3fps then jumps back to 78 and char died... made me utterly mad hehe so game is unplayable and im not doing it again
I can't believe how much I loved this game. I bought it initially just for the DBD skins. I played a little bit of it, but never really got into it. IT's Now May 4, 2026. I decided to play it to start working on my backlog. I thought I could play through it once, then delete it. I got hooked. I was so invested in the story. Every choice I made, I felt the weight of it. What was going to happen as a result of it? The story was so interesting. I loved seeing all of the connections to DBD. I felt like I got to play as a survivor in the most immersive way possible. BHVR missed so many opportunities with this game and crossing it over into DBD. Now I have to go for all of the endings. I will probably never delete this game now. It was too good.
All this but no survivors from this game going into the next, and where the hell is frank stone in the main game?? DBD had so many chances... Great game
I really enjoy these types of games. I think Supermassive are an amazing team and I am glad they are still making these types of games. If you liked the dark pictures games and have the PC specs to handle this game, I highly recommend it! I genuinely believe the reason why this game has mixed reviews is mainly down to how poorly the game runs. The graphical settings are not very scalable either which makes things worse. I capped the game to 60fps and set the graphics preset to high (except textures which was ultra) with RT on and set FS4 (modded in using optiscalar) to balanced. This mostly kept it always locked to 60. The game looks fantastic and I feel like the performance you get is somewhat justifiable. But like I said, the fact the settings are not very scalable makes it inaccessible to a lot of folks with low to medium end rigs.
