Auto-battlers have rarely held my attention for long, but The Bazaar scratches an itch I didn't know I had. I can only describe it as a pseudo-competitive, roguelike inventory management game where the real fun comes from the engine building. As a big fan of Magic: The Gathering and engine-building board games like Dominion and Wingspan, it is a lot of fund trying to optimize your board state as efficiently as possible. I would say that the only thing that hurts this game is the monetization strategy. $20 a hero is a steep price that turns a lot of people away from an otherwise fun game.
