The Asafo Journey

Has the old school - beat the game in one sitting or start over feel with much of that difficulty as well. Jump attacks and movement are cool and the game worked with a controller. Cool.

One of the most fun to play 2D platformers in the recent times. The game takes you on a deep journey within the Egyptian deserts and so on to the Nile river. The thing that I liked the most about Asafo Journey is the fact that there are a lot of levels with various enemies that you can fight against. The game is quite fast paced so comparing it with some of other games like Sonic wouldn't be a surprise. I had a lot of fun time playing the game due to the level of fun it brings.

[b]English Review :[/b] Asafo Journey is a fast past game thats have depth to it , the jump sword movements are great , the landscape has some nice done art style and the game speed is good , you can run it on any system and enjoy over 30 level in 4 diffrents maps , you should always watchout from the traps and the corrupted animals , enjoy your time playing the game and good luck for the dev team for more future content. Fun Game. If you want a Classic style 2D Platformer, this game is for you. But beware, enemies can pop up out of nowhere, and if you're careless you'll end up crushed by a giant rock or buried in sand in a split second. It can seem a little hard, but just like classic sidescrollers, is all about learning the levels and getting skilled with the controller :D

Great game! Very few 2D games are made nowadays that are this fun!

A great game with great potential. I love metroidvania style games, and this one is created in a format ready to entertain you for hours and hours and leave you eager for more updates.

The game appeared pretty lacklustre at a first glance. I have gotten pretty used to games throwing content at me that the simplistic nature of The Asafo Journey caught me off-guard. However, as I kept playing, I found that simplistic nature to be quite appealing. The stage design and the enemy AI is noting ti write home about, but I still enjoyed beating them nonetheless. It's nice to play a game once in a while without having to to worry about resource management and earning enough points for the meta game. The eerily simplistic nature of the game makes its quite appealing and possibly an underdog in the 2D Platformer genre.
