Spectacular game. An absolute gem from childhood, really. It's good to see one of the old games that isn't filled with microtransactions. You can spend hours playing without even realizing it. This game is so calming it helps you forget about anything. Your car gets totaled? – Play the game. You lose power? - Play the game. Your job calls and asks why you didn't show up? – Ignore and play the game. Your girlfriend complains that you're spending too much time playing and not enough time with her? – Dump her and play the game. Your dog brings you a ball to play? – Drop everything and play with the dog.

I've played this game for 6 years, and as a now teenager I can say that this game is amazing. The art and soundtrack are excellent and it can be really relaxing or exciting if you want, it depends on the character. I personally use it to relax and it is so nice to settle down and play for a bit. There is no story or plot so be aware of that, but I don't think it detracts from this game. I love the levels system and the day-night cycle with beautiful sunsets, and the care they put in to every character. There are different pros and cons to the Adventure or Odyssey sides: I personally love the art, landscape, background, and music in the Adventure version. The forest section is sublime and the music, especially the start, is my favorite. The Odyssey version is the original and I enjoy the three distinct biomes. Wallriding is only available in Odyssey and is in my opinion the most fun feature in the game. All in all, it is super cozy, fun game that is as exciting as it is relaxing. If you are looking for story or plot, this isn't it but still a 10/10
