The Adventures of Jason and the Argonauts

A lovely lively game with 9 chapters with up to 12 levels each. Great sounds and dramatic music. Buy items to build your town. Very enjoyable Match 3 with 3 difficulty levels (one untimed) and short mini-games to complete as well. I also enjoyed having new game pieces on the map throughout the levels so it never became boring.

The symbols are very small for my eyes.

Es ist ein klassisches, gut gelungenes Match 3-Spiel mit einer klassischen Story der griechischen Mythologie, die sehr gut erzählt wird, wenngleich der Fokus auf dem Gameplay liegt. Es gibt verschiedene Schwierigkeitsgrade, sogar einen ohne Zeitlimit (Danke, Entwickler, von Herzen, denn ich mag keine Spiele auf Zeit.), und verschiedene Spielmodi für den Match 3-Teil. Außerdem gibt es ein paar kleine Minispiele zwischendurch. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswerter Vertreter seines Genres!

Gute Spiel

The Adventures of Jason and the Argonauts is a simple puzzle game (match 3 like Bejeweled) with different modes on top of that (group, connecting/line, seek'n'find, spot the difference, etc). The gameplay was simple but rewarding. It was, however, a bit slow in some aspects and sometimes dragged on and on through some modes like having to attack the harpies, giants or other crucial story sections. I can't say the soundtrack was amazing as it was mostly the same few songs over and over. The noises implemented as well were good, although that chest opening was a headache! It was rather loud and was overpowering every other sound. I would change that, if possible, but it is an older game. Graphics were pleasing, simple but added a nice ambiance to the game. The smallest details were accounted for and that is an achievement in itself! Especially cut scenes - just beautifully done! The story was pretty interesting, and they implemented it in such a neat way! In between different travel points, you'd get a nice little cut scene with fantastic art, good voice acting and subtitles (I love subtitles). If you are religious, this could be a nice game for you to experience the biblical story of Jason and his trials; I however cannot say how accurate it is. I would recommend this if you enjoyed other match-3 games, but I do want to mention that it can be a little slow, feel tedious and albeit "boring" if you don't /actually/ enjoy match-3's.
