Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A really GOOD game that has just a few things holding it back from being a truly GREAT game. First, the art direction is absolutely stunning. The world is vibrant and colorful, Square has really perfected the 2D-3D style. The music overall is pretty good, though nothing about the soundtrack will be truly "iconic" in the way some similar games are. Combat is fun and engaging, with some good variety in the 7 unique weapons, and the magecite systems allows for some real creativity with builds. I played on hard and thought it offered a decent challenge, though I think I probably could've played on the hardest difficulty, as nothing in the game truly had me "stuck" for more than an attempt or two. However, I will say after about the 20 or so hour mark you've kinda seen everything the combat system has to offer, and by the end of the game the combat loop does get slightly repetitive (besides a couple unique boss fights near the end). Speaking of boss fights, they're all really good and some of the best parts of the game. The "Hero's Trial" towards the end of the game offers a great challenge on the harder difficulties. Story is serviceable, if not a bit simplistic and derivative, with a solid message. Adventuring is rewarding with the ability to find new weapons and upgrade the ones you already have, new magecite, upgrading Faie and increasing health. The game has 3 "endings" with the first two not really being endings at all. The game definitely encourages you to get all three to get a complete picture of the story. I actually think that's a pretty interesting way to structure your narrative and provides some of the best moments in the game at the end. The game does falter a bit in a few key areas, though. Outside of a few, the characters aren't very memorable or interesting. The titular character, while a great guy, doesn't ever really have any internal conflict of his own to make him more engaging. He kind of just gets told what to do and is always more than happy to do it, befriending everyone he sees, and never really has any character development himself past the first couple hours. The dungeons, I feel, were pretty underbaked, with extremely easy puzzles. I'm not really even sure you can call them "puzzles". The solution to every dungeon is pretty apparent within a few seconds of being in them. Again, I don't think I got "stuck" and had to REALLY think hard for a solution except MAYBE once or twice among the few dozen dungeons. But my biggest issue with this game are the 4 maps. The game essentially has you explore the SAME map 4 separate times. The only REAL difference is the "hub" town in each era. Otherwise, outside of that, the map is pretty much the same. There's hardly anything that makes each era feel unique and truly different than the previous ones. I feel like the devs could've been way more creative and made the experience of going to a new era more fresh. Different enemy variety, different buildings or caves to explore, entirely new areas that aren't in other eras, etc. By the time I got to the "Age of Budding" I was definitely sick of exploring the same exact map again. The game's setting spans 1000 years, but you don't really get that sense at all. If the era system in the game is the main gimmick, they should've put a little more effort in. All that said, it's one off the few games I ever even bothered 100%ing and getting all the achievements in. I clearly had a great time. I'm hoping it can get a sequel and expand upon what makes the game good and make it even better. 7.3/10

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 5: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Good but not great, a fun Zelda-like that gets a bit over-repetitive. I will also go against the usual review crowd and say that you should absolutely NOT play at a difficulty above normal because the enemies just turn into uninteresting damage sponges and make me want to just run past everything. The game is at it's best when it doesn't take 10 hits to kill a normal-ass slime.
I absolutely had a blast playing this game. The freedom of exploration, the story, the characters, the gameplay....all of it was just a really good time to me. While the game is slightly predictable, and the maps feel incredibly similar across the ages, I found that I didn't mind the repetition and looked forward to catching all of the minor differences. For those who love achievement hunting like me, I'd give it a difficulty of 3/10. You can get all of the achievements in a single playthrough without NG+, with very little additional grinding needed (if any at all).
really good game i recommend it
