In fact, I didn't want to close it down to get things done! I lied. It's up and running again. Things can wait until tomorrow? *coughs* So, if you're in need of a little mental massage, do yourself a favor and give Tetra Tactics a try. Your mind will thank you for it.

I bought this game after finding a recommendation for it on Reddit. Does this have the same deck builder appeal as Slay the Spire? Possibly, but I haven't experienced that yet in my limited time with the game. But I have found the game surprisingly engaging and fun. The card game around which the rouge-lite is built has a lot of depth and would be enjoyable without the Rouge-like context. This is a safe buy for anyone who enjoys a good puzzle. I do not yet know if it is a safe buy for someone who wants to build a great deck of cards. Regardless, this game should be receiving more attention. It deserves the good reviews.

Good stuff

Never played Triple Triad but wanted to try this out being pretty unique compared to the normal deckbuilders you see around. This one is a lot of fun. Takes time to get use too and understand. Still struggling to understand the upgrades to cards. 95% of them don't make sense to me but still. Really fun and feels fresh within the popular genre of deckbuilders.

Runs perfect on the Steam Deck and is my main mode of play. I am not very deep into all of the systems yet as it is a roguelite with lots of upgrades post campaign win/loss. But the systems I do have available are enjoyable and scratch the Triple Triad itch that I am constantly installing FFXIV/VIII just to play! I give it a thumbs up.

This is a good card game, somewhat like a few others. Well worth the asking price. I think what might turn off most players is that these games tend to be a bit slow at first. Stick with it, and the fun really gets going when combos start...by it's nature though the game will start out a bit "dry"...I guess I just defined rougelike!

im an ff8 fiend so this was laser targeted at me! I enjoy it a lot but sometimes the later game gets so complex I sometimes can't predict outcomes of my plays consistently and have to hail mary it... I may just be not smart enough for the advanced game!

I wanted to like this because it's the closest thing to Triple Triad I've seen on steam, but I honestly couldn't find any enjoyment playing it. I probably could have given it more time to see if it would grow on me. There might be too much going on with the upgrades, and the different rules, the symbols that really don't matter ultimately? Not my cup of tea.
