Ця гра, незважаючи на свою казуальну орієнтованість, робить декілька дуже суттєвих помилок жанру головоломок. 1. Вона не розвиває концепти використання своїх механік, не поглиблює наші знання про них. 2. Більшість ігрових рівнів існують просто щоби існувати, а не щоб показати нову сторону механік, підготувати до складного рівня. 3. У ній відкритий дизайн, через що декілька блоків у вас будуть завжди залишатися невикористаними. І хтось це назве, як і розробники, "countless solutions", але я це називаю "розробники досконало не продумали левел-дизайн, дали нам купу інструментів, а далі розбирайтеся самі". Ідея у грі непогана, але вона взагалі не розкрита. Я ніби пройшов туторіал.

Simple block placement that offers unlimited stages with daily challenges. Gameplay is really simple to understand. All you have to do is place blocks from the bar below to fill out the complete grid. You can not only grab and position the blocks, but also rotate them to make them fit better. Removing them is a little awkward since you have to hold down the mouse button on the block until it returns to the block bar at the bottom of the screen. Since there’s no undo button, you might think before placing a block. Fortunately, grids are small and don’t turn into a hassle. The main characteristic is the ability to stretch blocks over the full grid or to the next block. For example, if you have a 2x2 cube, you can position and expand it throughout an entire row or column. Of course, different blocks provide various extension choices. Also, if you have two or arrows going in the same direction, you will extend both of them simultaneously. The good news is that you do not have to use all of the blocks because some challenges can be solved with less blocks and smart placement. Another mechanic are arrows that change extension direction. Once placed, this removes default arrows and allows you to turn one block around any angle. This also means you are not limited to just one solution. All challenges allow you to experiment with different placements, which frequently prove successful. Even if you’re that good at puzzles, you’ll beat 30 stages in one hour. Actually, they’re more like an extended tutorial because most value comes from daily challenges. There’s a new puzzle promised each day, which might offer unlimited gameplay.

Cool game but it needs an "undo" button. Dailies should not be available before you play the normal game the first time. You should be allowed to play old levels again and not be forced to only play the level you are stuck at. And most importantly: change the column colors - it took me a few minutes to notice them at all. Free view rotation in 3D mode would be sweet but not that big of a problem without it. Overall I did enjoy playing it but I was confused about the circle, square and yellow part of the pieces which turned out to just be for decoration.

This is a fun and creative puzzle game. I enjoy that there (often) isn't one true way to complete a puzzle, meaning you can try different ways to figure out the solution. It has simple yet charming game mechanics, and each chapter helps to explain the evolving mechanics. I also really enjoy that to fix a mistake, you don't always have to completely restart. A lot of the time, you can just pick up the pieces and try again. The music is pleasant, the sound effects tie in well and I like the pastel theme that intermingles with other traditional game themes (Tetris, PacMan, playing cards, etc.). It even has a 'Wordle' aspect that gives you a brand new daily puzzle every day. All in all, a good game to pass the time!
