I honestly mostly "play" for my insomnia and by that I mean it is the sound track. I turn it on and I fall asleep. So I guess I recommend the sound track?
This is a laid back, calm experience of a game. Sit back, relax, brew some wine, and expand your vineyard. I recommend a sheet of paper to make a view notes as you go. And check out the movie "A Good Year" for some inspiration!

Fun, simple, straightforward, and the price is just right. I wish there was some expansions.
Fajne ale jestem w tym gorszy niż Palikot w swoje biznesy
葡萄画的好好看啊
I restarted playing this and I really enjoy this game. You need to just read the game manual and learn the little tricks and it is very fun game but never easy in my opinion. So many variables that can throw your wine off if you are aiming for 5 stars. Also check the manuals that other players have shared over here and your life will be easier.
As a tycoon game, it starts out decently ok. The early game progression follows a sensible trajectory. But once you're in year 4-5 and try to branch out into anything but the most basic wines, you hit a wall fast. It costs 100 renown for the first upgrade to the estate, which unlocks important features, but after 5 years I'm still at like 30 renown. And it is impossible to control for too little rain, you can trim back, but can't do anything to help protect your plants from burning. It was fun for 3 hours, and then just got frustrating. Unbalanced and under cooked game.
I've been playing for 3 or 4 days and have 30h registered... Let that be your warning xD Terroir is a Great game, i have no idea what im doing and seem to go bankrupt at the strangest of moments, but im having a blast none the less! Imagine the good times i'll have when i venture beyond easy mode :'> After scribbling down about 9 pages of nonsense (rather resembling conspiracy theories at times) in my notebook, i declared defeat and looked up a guide for the Perfect Wine with the Perfect Rating. Even with forbidden knowledge and a handy cheatsheet at the ready, im having a marvelous time yelling at the weather and spritzing fruit flies. All for that glorious 5 star wine that will allow me another Chance Card... this game works nearly entirely on RNG btw :p There have been some minor, truly minor, hiccups though. I either abused the game into glitching out (restarting a new game too fast too often -im legit terrible at this game) or there are some minor bugs still present (save files blending together, letters with ^ like ê disappearing in titles), but either way: its nothing game breaking. Not even worth stopping your play through for! Had a rather good run with advanced research tools active, without ever having had a workers shack :3 For 6 euro and a couple cents, you get a Whole Lot of Game and a amazing time. Just be prepared to sacrifice exactly that though: Time! xD
Unfortunately on Mac, the cursor does not actually depict where your mouse clicks. This makes it very difficult to play. Seems like a nice game otherwise.
