Terje Haakonsen's Powder VR

Doing an Unnatural Double Cork 1260 out the side of Helicopter onto a giant mountain, only to faceplant into a massive tree. Crunching sound ensues as the screen fades to white. Good times. I also found myself taunting the A.I. calling them Chads while trying to spear them with my poles. Man i love not getting arrested for my actions in video games. Yet.

One of the first levels in the campaign is unbeatable due to a glitch. This stops you from continuing the campaign. decent gameplay, ok graphics, get it on sale I'd say.

Early days but loving it so far.

Have played this game once before in Demo mode. Decided to buy the full version. Selected Ski Mode and calibrated floor height and poles. Attempted to click calibrate height and it just dumps you into a ski session. Your Skier is approx 200mm out of it's bindings and the ski's themselves are through the ground on a 25 degree angle. Running the game on a quest 3, I'd assume this game is no longer capable with newer generation vr's. Literally nothing you can do to fix this issue both via game settings & quest environment settings.

What can I say? Powder VR is amazing! I love the thrill and sense of speed the game gives you. Shredding the slopes and pulling off tricks is so much fun in VR. Great job devs, can't wait for the full release!

A litter hard to control but fun

Really enjoying this game and the devs have been very responsive. Check out some videos. If you loved games like SSX or Tony Hawk. You will have a blast.

This game has nice graphics and is pretty realistic. You'll find yourself losing your balance a lot on big jumps and spins. There is also stuff you can unlock by getting medals from winning which is a cool touch. Overall fun game!

nice simulation of skiing and snowboarding! Movement feels very natural and apparently, the developers took some pointers from bigger winter sports games like Steep. The graphics are a bit rough around the edges and also the introduction to the game via a lengthy tutorial could be smoothed over, but once you're in the actual game, it's really fun! So never mind ski resort lockdown, just get this game and ski in VR :D
