The gameplay is a simplified XCOM. The character skill trees are MASSIVE. The tech options really are options, you can't afford to unlock everything. Amazing value.
Unplayable in modern screen sizes.
I have been really enjoying my time playing this game but I'm having a difficult time finding any online resources for builds or anything. There is a lot of outdated information online and even when I ask AI questions about things even the AI refers to old patches with not up to date information. Game is fun, just seems old. Would love to see a new updated game like this.
Fantastic tactics game. Presentation might look rough, but you start to appreciate the clarity it brings. Bottom line is it's a lot of fun to play. Building out a squad, planning for what they're going to be while handling current challenges, lots of equipment variation. Really appreciate how detailed they made the class tree. Downsides would be low enemy variety and I'm not a fan of the sound design. I see some complaints about the story, but I found the backstory of the Templars actually pretty compelling, but more about the subtext than what's actually shown in the game.
It's Warhammer 40K! You're Space Marines! The resemblance is uncanny. But.....It's a brilliant game, lots of upgrade options for individual units and highly addictive. I recommend it!
simple but fun game with nice storyline
A very good alternative of Space Hulk Ascencion. Templar Battleforce is one of the best game of its kind. Graphics are a bit retro, but immersion is sufficient. Bought nearly ten years ago, still a pleasure to play today. Only one campaign in Brutal from scratch (not recommended for beginners) but difficulty is challenging enough to be interesting with game mecanichs (heat and equipment builds) and not too hard to to have some fun (only two "bloody defeat"). A must have for turn by turn tactical game in an Warhammer-40K-like universe !
스팀덱 호환성이 별로임
A unique and enjoyable strategy game with good synergies and a progression tree that keeps interest. It is not the most visually detailed game, but what's there is unique and pretty satisfying. A game where you can have thick chunky marines, and mow down hordes whilst still needing to be tactical.
I Love this Game!!!!!
