Genre
Ein First Person Puzzle Adventure
Story
Langeskov"
Achievements
Es gibt insgesamt 12 Erfolge. Hierfür muss man das Spiel komplett beenden, 3 Geheime Rätsel lösen & in jedem Level 1 Secret (Kristall oder so ähnlich) finden
Pro/Contra
+ Gute Grafik + Gute passende Musik + Gutes Voice Acting + Sehr Coole Idee mit den Perspektiven Rätsel + Achievements + Sammelkarten + XBox 360 Controller Support - Der Grundpreis ist etwas zu Hoch (die Hälfte hätte genügt)
Fazit
Ein First Person Puzzle Adventure was mich wirklich sehr Positiv überrascht hat.

Follow Main group
Follow Second group
This narrative puzzle game is not bad at all, but its incredibly poor value comes from overpricing. The game is decent. Its gameplay is decent, the puzzles are decent, the idea behind perspective mechanics is decent, the experience is decent and the story is decent. Everything is just positively decent. It is suited well for people who enjoy soft puzzles and narrative adventures. However, excluding the idle times, I was able to beat this game in around 3 hours. That is when that decent experience becomes poor value with its $20 price tag. If this was around $6, I would easily recommend this. For $20, look elsewhere for better puzzle or narrative games.
Good graphics. A couple of good puzzle ideas. Didn't find any bugs. Far too short to be worth the price. In fact just a bit too long to get a refund. Backstory and narration lack are not good. There is one good idea in there, but after a good start, the development of the philosophy doesn't tie into the development of the puzzles. If you like what you see, wait until it's on at least a 50% sale. I think it might be worth half its current price.
I didn't hate this game by any means, it was moderately entertaining--but it's simply not worth $20. I beat the game in less than 2 hours, and the only reason I'm at 3 hours is because I went back to unlock a few achievements (which are incredibly tedious, by the way) and because I paused for a bit to microwave and eat some chicken nuggets. The graphics aren't bad, the ambiance is immersive enough, but the puzzles were few and VERY easy. (I found only one puzzle challenging, which probably took me 20 minutes of guesswork because there is no indication in the puzzle itself of a solution and I refuse to look up solutions online.) As someone with an academic background in philosophy, I found it mildly entertaining but mostly... meh. A few epistemological questions are raised, but no great point is made and ultimately the incessant voice-over with its face-palmingly indulgent, self-referential script is entirely irrelevant to the gameplay itself. The voice actor was great though, so there's that. All of that said, if you like pseudo-intellectual musings rambling on as you solve easy puzzles in a walking-simulator, you'll enjoy this game. If you want a game that does everything this game does, but better: Play The Talos Principle.
This is definitely a good game that stacks up pretty well to other games of this genre. The big problem with this game is how short it is. I would recommend this game on sale for however much you think about 2 and a half - 3 hours of gameplay is worth.
Pneuma is not a long game, so I can understand issues with the price, but I really enjoyed it over a weekend. There are some neat puzzles and interesting environments that make it stand out from games at the time. I think it still holds up decently.
Thought provoking.
This is a less than two hour game. Puzzles are pretty easy; don't expect a challenge or feeling like there's a clever solution. If this was a first game or a senior project, then kudos! Way to go! I would not recommend for $20. Perhaps wait until a sale.
