A fairly direct copy of Triple Town but well done, with a few extra mechanics. Very addictive!
Really not what I expected. If you're looking for a puzzle game, this isn't it. Not much more interesting than just playing 2048. Also, well over half the reviewers of this game received it for free? Very strange
A game worth its price. Simple yet very entertaining to play for a few minutes a day to distract you from work. I dare you to try and get all the buildings and achievements... the last 3 are quite tough ;).
I tried this game yesterday, and while I eventually had a lot of fun, it wasn’t immediate. At the start, I felt overly dependent on RNG, hoping it would give me the right item to place. It was only later that I noticed the question mark button, which was mixed in and hidden among a group of other buttons in the bottom-right corner of the main menu. Clicking on it finally revealed all the tools and options I could use to fight against the threat of RNG! So, here are my suggestions: 1. Start the first game with the "How to Play" screen The same one triggered by the question mark button in the menu. Include a "Skip this" button and a note saying, "You can see this screen again by clicking the question mark button on the main menu." This would help new players quickly understand the mechanics and enjoy the game sooner. 2. On the "How to Play" screen, add navigation arrows to move between topics. When clicking on a topic, it would be great to have left and right arrows to switch directly to the next or previous topic, without having to return to the main "How to Play" screen. (For reference, this could work like the arrows used to navigate through social media albums.) 3. The placement preview of the current item is confusing. The current item to place is previewed somewhere directly on the board, which makes it harder to spot and creates some confusion. It would be much clearer if the preview were outside the board, perhaps to the left or right, where there’s plenty of space.
I close my eyes and see silly bushes combining into silly trees which combine into silly small camps which combine into piles of wood which combine into wood houses which combine into brick houses which combine into a small apartment complex which combine into a bigger apartment complex which combine into...
I like it - even if its a bit bugged and you sometimes have to close the game via taskmanager... but it always saves and since the game is loading in seconds I wouldnt say its a big problem. And for the price its okay. You need a bit until you fully understand the game because there isnt a real tutorial, but I really enjoy it and Im sure I will spent some more hours with it.
Nice game to challenge the mind but still stay calm and chill. I'll be coming back to it often for a good end of my day wind down game. The controls are easy to learn without needing a tutorial. Having two modes for light and dark is nice for those that want to be able to change the mood. Multiple themes are available for me to unlock and explore to keep the game interesting for a long time. Overall, I think they've done a great job for what would otherwise be a simple merging object puzzler.
