About
Have you ever felt that sense of wonder while gazing at a 🌤️ cloudy sky, or the cozy feeling of watching a ⛈️ storm pass outside your window? Those moments inspired Cloudscrapers, our minimalist strategy game about building towers and scraping the clouds. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys thoughtful gameplay without overly complex systems.
You start with simple tools and build the tallest tower you can. With every climb, you will learn something new, improve, and unlock upgrades to help you build even higher next time. As your tower rises, you’ll find ancient relics and uncover mysteries buried deep within the clouds – though some of them might be better left untouched.
▪ Bite-sized strategy gameplay that’s perfect for a relaxing session after work.
▪ Easy to pick up, with just the right amount of depth.
▪ No complicated menus or systems — just intuitive building mechanics.
▪ Meaningful progression that feels rewarding.
▪ A hand-drawn, atmospheric world with a mystery that unfolds as you reach new heights.

I just love this game! The visuals and music are incredibly soothing, and I really enjoy the little story that unfolds as you build higher and higher into the sky. It gives the game more depth and makes it feel like more than just a pure puzzle game. On top of that, the gameplay is really fun if you’re looking for a simpler strategy/thinky game. That said, it definitely isn’t without its challenges! It hits exactly the sweet spot for me, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Really enjoying this game so far! The minimalist art style is beautiful, and the gameplay is easy to pick up but still gives you things to think about. Building higher and unlocking new tools feels really rewarding. Great game for a relaxing evening.

Love the visuals, and the gameplay is fun! Not too strategic, but not too simple either. By my second and third towers, I’d already found a few small ways to improve my playstyle beyond what the unlocks offer. There’s no time pressure, so it would probably work as a second-screen game, too. Judging by the trailer, there’s a lot more to discover, so I’m excited to keep playing! For the money, definitely a buy.
Good game, really entertaining. I was initially pissed that my coins didn't transfer from the demo, but then I saw I had way more skills to pick from in the full game, and my anger went away. It’s really addictive. So far, the only frustrating thing is that, besides using the "shield" to protect your resources, there is no way to prevent things like "lightning" or those damned spores. I guess they add a necessary challenge, though I would prefer it if they relied more on "strategic positioning." For example, lightning could strike wood or forests, but if you cover the block with stone, you could save it...or something of that sort. I dislike that, at least as far as I've reached, both the lightning and the spores are completely inevitable, and the shield won't protect everything. Still, It’s a good game and pretty entertaining: 8/10.
Cloudscrapers is fun and challenging. I like the feeling of progression that comes with each round. Also: yay for the recap feature!
chill but really deep gameplay, love the ghibli-like aesthetic and the soothing soundscape. and plays swell on steam deck!

Really addictive gameplay loop and amazing atmosphere! I'm just placing blocks, trying to min-max my resources but the epic music makes it feel so much more important. Also I LOVE THE SHEEP
I downloaded the demo and after completing it decided that this game was for me! It has a Dorfromantik vibe but in a vertical space. Highly recommend if you like that type of game.
