About
Social and economic conflicts have rocked the world. There is just one metropolis that can boast stability, but even this city only has enough resources to maintain a precarious balance of power. The authorities decided to create an algorithm that could build a perfect city for all segments of the population. This project gave birth to Iris, an artificial intelligence designed for building a utopia. Welcome to Technotopia!
You will have a deck of cards with buildings at your disposal. Build skyscrapers, parks, residential districts and transport highways. It's up to you to decide what the ideal metropolis should look like.
Four factions are fighting for control of the city: capitalists, aristocrats, politicians, and the common people. They will do anything to bend the others to their will, and every decision you make tips the scales. Play the role of arbiter, meeting everyone's needs equally.
A city is a living organism, where something is always happening that requires your attention. Where do you put up fire victims? What do you do with the gang that has taken control of some districts? Factions will offer their solutions, but it's up to you whether to follow them or advance your own agenda.
The city is home to a variety of characters. Hackers, oligarchs, criminals and inventors — communicate with the cream of the crop and provide them with services in exchange for their help in maintaining order. A perfect city is built for people, with the help of people!

I am honestly rather shocked how short this game turned out to be. Really wish it could have been longer. The basic gameplay loop is really quite addicting, and I think it is definitely a strong foundation to build upon. Then there is the story built around corporate sabotage and conflicting interest and the general horrors of corruption via capitalism. Solid visuals and nice enough of a soundtrack. While I do yearn for additional stories to be explored, the short story was explored fully.

This game is excellent. It combines puzzle, building and story in a way that really works. The art style is very cool and the sound track is well matched. I wasn't sure if this one was for me but picked it up on sale. I'm glad that I did. It hooked me and I completed it in just a few sessions. Definitely worth it even at full price.

Elegant, classy and smart.
Плюсы: красивая игра, логика есть, простая в понимании и освоении Минусы: почему то игра при запуске требует получения прав на" остановку операционной системы или получения привилегии на возможность выключения", как говорит Касперский. Я не даю ей, но игра все равно запускается. Еще пытается постоянно отправить какие то UDP пакеты по куче айпишек. При завершении игры игра зависает и не реагирует на клавиши. Когда в следующий раз запускаешь игру, игра заново тебе сует обучение( в папке отключил галочку только запись - не помогло). Ну еще не могу никак пройти долгое время после первого квеста.
Great casual game to run, incredibly replayable, makes you feel smart figuring out a consistent pattern and building methods. Here's hoping they add more to this kind of game, or perhaps better in the future
good 4 hour romp to beat the story. Blackmailing and manipulating all the factions was pretty nice. all in all nice connect 4 tiles game.

I really enjoyed this game. It took a little bit to get a feel for how to play but once I did I was instantly hooked! Very relaxing and engaging. I highly recommend if you're looking for a chill turn-based puzzle game.
Tutorial is quite poor, you will get the hang of it with a few playthrough's. 'Story' and characters are surprisingly well written. Default controls are terrible and the camera speed, even when put to it's highest is quite slow. PS: Surprised that there is no porn of Iris
