Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 10 → 4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Meh. Feels unfinished.

。

Excuse me. 同样的问题都可以保修,甲就能升级问题,乙就不行?
看在你有中文的面子上给个好评
**Interesting concept, but the broken ticket logic ruins the experience** *Tech Support: Error Unknown* has a genuinely interesting idea. The concept of working from home as a tech-support agent, dealing with customers through a limited set of predefined responses, is unusual and surprisingly addictive. The atmosphere and the idea of gradually becoming involved in the larger story are also good. Unfortunately, the game has a serious problem: **its ticket evaluation does not always match what the player is actually able to do.** I'm playing the Steam version on Easy difficulty. By Day 10, I repeatedly started receiving criticism from Kamala such as: > “You should have checked the warranty.” > “You didn't ask about warranty status.” The problem is that **there is no way to ask about the warranty.** At this point in the game I only have Mail, App and Browser. There is no customer profile, no customer database and no warranty lookup available. The customer dialogue offers things such as asking for the customer ID or email, but there is no “ask about warranty” option. A good example is the ticket involving **Billy Hope**, whose phone touchscreen doesn't work. Rebooting doesn't help. He refuses to perform a factory reset. There is no way for me to check his warranty. I can offer to send the phone for repair, but Billy simply replies that he cannot afford it. So what exactly is the player supposed to do? And yet the game subsequently criticizes me for not checking the warranty. This is not a difficult puzzle. **It is an impossible decision.** The game evaluates the player as if an option existed which the current game state does not provide. Other players have reported similar problems with the game's ticket logic, including situations where the game claims that a solution was not offered even though it was, or where warranty-related decisions are evaluated inconsistently. That is particularly frustrating in a game whose entire gameplay revolves around choosing the correct response. The underlying game is actually fun. I like the interface, the tech-support theme, the limited predefined responses and the gradual introduction of new mechanics. The idea is good enough that I want to keep playing. But when the game tells me I made the wrong decision **after removing the correct decision from my available options**, it stops feeling like a puzzle and starts feeling random. The developers clearly had a good concept here, but the ticket evaluation system needed considerably more testing. **Good concept, fun gameplay, interesting setting — but frustratingly inconsistent logic and bugs make it difficult to recommend without reservations.**

Interessant si vous êtes bilingue et que vous souhaitez collecter les fins multiples. Pour les autres : C'est court et suffisamment bien pour une nuit ou deux. A vous de voir donc.
It's a decent game for the sales price I got it at, but it can get pretty annoying. There's nothing that I've seen that specifically states what you can do with customers for the different warranties, and the things I think I figure out end up being wrong another time. One day i get a failed ticket because i didn't offer them to send for repair, the next time, with the same issue, I was supposed to say I couldn't help them, no matter which warranty they had. There are quite a few other frustrating bugs too (the one I mentioned just happens to be most annoying to me), but I still generally enjoy the game. In a way it reminds me of Papers, Please which I really enjoyed.
Game is cool and all, but it is SO FREAKING UNOPTIMIZED. I can say I have a slightly poor PC, but if it can run LOL on FULL BLAST it SURE AS HELL would need to run this game. This game took 75% of my CPU while idling. Pls optimaze the freaking game. Also, amazing work on most of it, but you should really put in the e-mails that Kamala sends some instructions on how to play the game with new features. Lastly, sometimes "chat button" which opens the rest of the options just won't work/will click trough on another screen.
