Good 2d collectathon. The low res and limited color palette will probably keep most people away, but I think it looks great, the things/area with pseudo/fake 3d is really well done. Game only has episode 1 now, which will be around or slightly more than 2 hours if you take your time. I found plenty of replay value with the game though. Especially with arcade mode, which starts you off with a 99 seconds time limit, and getting hit reducing the time even further. In order to build up the timer, you've to stay in the air for as much as possible bouncing from enemy to enemy to build a combo which imo has a really good flow.
I'm really glad I didn't let this game pass me by! It isn't the longest of games but I can see myself getting a lot of replay value thanks to Time Trial and Arcade Mode, as well as the general rank system. It's a charming and visually eye-popping game and the music will be lodged in my head for a while. Check it out if you're interested!

Decent game, but overall kinda in the middle, enjoyment wise. So basically, the game is literally all about collecting. Each screen is its own little level with its own amount of collectables, and you can go back and fourth between each at anytime you wish; it's all interconnected. That's literally all there is to do though really; run, jump, and collect. Every single screen. There's basically zero difficulty to the game, as enemies don't move and hitboxes for jumping on them are very freaking generous (which I appreciate, but still). Visuals are very cool though, the OST is quite the bop, and it feels fluid to control. Just wish there was... more to the actual gameplay tbh. Upvoting regardless though since it's definitely not a BAD game by any means, probably just me. May or may not refund this in time, depends on whether I can really find the strength to go back and play through the whole thing. Might just try to play it in chunks, idk. Do recommend you at least give the demo a shot though, since it's definitely quite the "charming" game.
Oh hey, it's a fun game. It might be short but it's got a lot of polish and shine behind it. I do recommend you give this a shot as a avid fan of 2D Platformers and tight controls.
good game, nothing else to say here.
this game is one of the most gorgeous games of all time. the dithering style, the color palettes , the psuedo 3d effects ... it is deeply deeply tasty to me. i think everyone in the world should play it and i need more of it deeply.
A quaint, fun little game born out of love for an era that I never grew up in nor do I have much experience in. The controls are very responsive. I didn't have much trouble learning how to control the Tea Bat or make use of his abilities to traverse the levels. The music is really great, given the limitations. The shopkeep theme in particular is always a treat to come back to. The game is relatively easy, though that's definitely not a bad thing. The game manages to be fun despite that. My two criticisms are the fact that the way the game is designed, screen clutter can be an issue along with screen crunch on the main window of play. This isn't altogether an issue and the game does allow for window resizing on the game itself, but it is a problem of the type of games this one is inspired by, I think. The second one is more of a nitpick. The game music default is *way too loud!* Seriously, I love the music, I don't love it blasting my headphone wearing ears out! I highly recommend this one as a short, fun little treat of a game. Definitely a game that will sit with ya as a fun experience. Nothing groundbreaking and nothing here needs to be, it's just a fun and memorable experience.
Really cute and fun little retro platformer with plenty of unlockables and replayability, with a soundtrack full of nice tunes. Not too difficult but a very nice time. Can't recommend it enough!
no voy a poner mala reseña, porque fue mi decisión no jugar la demo antes si te gusto la demo, te va a gustar el juego a mi no me llamo la verdad, pero tiene un muy lindo pixel art
Awesome game! Gameplay is solid, the areas you visit look amazing, and the music is top notch. Highly recommended!
