Another bad tank game.
还行吧。 Not Bad.
Описание:
Танчики под старину по описанию и графике, но совсем не под старину по вайбу... Это просто медлительная, хардкорная аркада в которой нужно уничтожить всех врагов на уровне (а их не мало). Играть можно, но нужно ли? Excellent game in the spirit of old school, but in modern execution. Twist-turn, shoot in all directions, destroy obstacles, destroy enemy tanks. Improve your tank, destroy the bosses ... Visually, the game looks like you're playing on a grandma's TV, but it seems like you can turn it off, but I liked it. In general, the World of Tanks sucks without getting on his knees, that's such a cool game
Definitely not hardcore due to simple AI. At most 19 out of 144 (~13%) of levels might require few retries.
Cloaked enemies/turrets were a nice surprise.
操作手感稀烂,还没红白机上的手感好。
Tank Assault X is a 2D top down retro pixel "tank" shooter where you plod around moving in the four cardinal directions on a small blocky map, shooting other tanks, turrets and so on, collecting upgrades and progressing through the levels with a generic sci-fi theme bolted onto the front menu. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. The controls and game handling are notably very clunky and unsmooth here. It's janky and unsatisfying to play... and any experienced gamer will tell you, the handling, responsiveness and general gameplay feel of the control scheme must be well polished for this kind of game to succeed. Unfortunately, this is something the developer seems to have phoned in, with little to no apparent gameplay testing. They dropped the ball on this one. The very poor quality of this game puts it squarely on-par with ancient 1990's Flash/Java games, and given it's 2022 (and this was released not so far back in 2017), gamers and the industry expect and deserve better than this kind of low effort shovelware. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. You don't have to take my word about how bad the game is, we can measure the interest in a game by how much people bothered to play it. Tank Assault X has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game absolutely failed to capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for completing the first basic chapter, and only around 6 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. That's a tiny, tiny proportion of gamers who even bothered with this. Ouch. Tank Assault X is relatively cheap at $2, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.
