It needs a big modding community to add new characters and ideas. But other than that its very fun and I think people will have a lot of fun playing it (if they like Slay the Spire and other card game roguelikes)
Talespinner has been a very enjoyable deckbuilder that comes with some great art design and music. The three characters are very unique and a lot of fun to play, each with their own core abilities, cards and several build archetypes. My favorite of the characters by far is the kitsune; her lotus flower mechanic is extremely powerful and very satisfying to manipulate and break open. Plenty of challenging content and varying enemy encounters really scratched the deckbuilder itch for "one more run", and there were enough new mechanics to puzzle through that it was a treat to figure things out! While some fights or mechanics may need slight tweaks for balance or fun, I am more than satisfied with the challenge at max difficulty, and consistent wins are very possible with the right deckbuilding and plays.
Great game with a lot of promise There are some balancing issues with some encounters that will likely get addressed. Two of the characters are really fun, in depth mechanics, the main guy from the demo, is not as interesting. Overall it is great and look forward to it's growth.
Japanese Slay the Spire. Three playable characters Each time you win a run on a particular difficultly level for the first time, you unlock additional 'stories' and 'plot twists' which feature new enemies, additional chapters, and stronger debuffs to heighten the difficulty. Each character feels unique in their mechanics and they each have their own progression system, though they all get maxed very quickly at level 4. Visually it looks great, and despite what the store page on Steam says at release, it plays perfectly on the Steam Deck.
I've played the demo of this game before and waited for the full release, since it stole my heart from the beginning. The graphics are beautiful, and the sound design really adds to the game's vibe. So far, I haven't encountered any bugs. I'm having a lot of fun playing this game, so for now, everything is good. The price is right on point. Definitely will play more.
I like this game, it is beautiful and well designed, but it should not have been released in its current state. It is chock full of bugs and balance issues.
Bardzo dobra karcianka, potrafi wciągnąć na wiele godzin. Piękna grafika oraz oryginalny pomysł na gameplay co wyróżnią tą grę pośród innych z tego samego gatunku. Zdecydowanie polecam. Wasza Matka
