To summarize alot of the other reviews. Not the best game in the series. Suffers from Optimization issues. One of the best combat systems in the series. Story isn't anything to write home about. Decent story about a young lad who can see the spirits and merge with elements effectively making him the Dragonborn and Herald of the end times descending upon the realm. Music is ok, wasn't' terrible, sounds matched the environment. You won't hear heavy metal walking through towns and it's not going to play lo-fi while you are fighting to save the world. The music fits and plays its role. Voice acting - The dub voice acting is good. We of course get to hear the majestic tones of Patrick Seitz, if you watch dubbed anime and play dubbed videogames you should already know who this is. That man is never out of work in Japan because he delivers and sets the bar for the other English VAs. Very passionate about his voice acting career and takes it seriously. Combat, I could write a book on the combat but I'm not going to. It's different from every tales game both before and after. Price: No, It's not worth full price especially with DLC slapping on almost 70$ USD but it is 100% worth on a good sale if you are looking for your next JRPG, although you definitely want to keep in mind that there are some optimization issues and as usual you will either be a lucky one who runs into no problems or you will experience the same issues as others. e.g. screen tearing, fps drops, even crashing. Possibly one of the worst end boss fight of any "serious" game out there, add up to that a mediocre: story, characters, combat system and you get this game

My favorite Tales Of game! My top three jrpg of all time are depressive and have themes of death while here Sorey is a classic hero in a classic JRPG adventure. I definitely needed this!

后悔选本作入坑传说系列，我应该先看评论的，没想到还有退队流这种东西，而且他妈的情热传说还是鼻祖是最搞的，而且可玩性很差，只能剧情推动，但剧情也。。。

Game is a little rough, some bugs with sound that prevent the game launching unless your sound is set to 44khz. Things that could be easily fixed but aren't for some reason. Otherwise, game play is pretty good. A bit repetitive but the story and sound track are good. Worth picking up on sale.

Meu primeiro contato com a saga Tales of, é um game com muitos problemas, sendo eles "desvios" na história principal, a câmera em muitos casos problemática, os atributos de equipamentos para conseguir bônus é de difícil de compreensão, tanto que para montar uma build é preciso um conhecimento mais aprofundado do sistema (coisa que só vale a pena em um NG+). O elenco de personagens são bons, Edna e Zaveid são os mais carismáticos do grupo, a mecânica de armatus é bem interessante, a história fica com algumas lacunas, inclusive nas skits, se a Bandai fizesse um "remake" pra consertar a lore do jogo e deixar igual a do anime já ficaria muito melhor, com as informações do Berseria ficaria muito mais coerente, e melhorar alguns aspectos da gameplay também, porém provavelmente será só mais um remaster com poucas mudanças, e tive que usar mod pra deixá-lo mais estável, em comparação a outros da saga continuo gostando bastante de Tales of Zestiria e a DLC é bem curta servindo como um pretexto pra jogar com a Alisha e uma possível continuação, recomendo pra quem é fã da saga ou curte o estilo RPG.
