Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Is it a good game? Yes but only because of the setting, if i wasnt attached to the Universe itself, i would have not been playing this game at all. Im a big fan, dont get me wrong but how can it be that the game is running worse then ARK Survival ASCENDED while just walking through the village? I simply cannot understand the issues it has for what it is. Further more am i very disappointed that despite hobbits being very social creatures, as both seeing ingame and in the books/movies we dont have a multiplayer, maybe i would have given a positive review and overlooked the issues with the performance if that was the case but at the current state and with the last update being from 10.10.2025 i decided to write a negative review for what its worth. Dont buy the game, do yourself the favorite and buy another cozy title. NOTE: I got the game gifted by my boyfriend after being excited about it for quite a while, hence the "Recieved for Free" checkmark.

Every market we collect.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Not a bad game but they either need to fix their bugs or add an autosave feature. Fix your ♥♥♥♥ please.
fun game hours of gameplay worth the price if you get it on sale
I absolutely love this game. I'm not sure why people gave it such bad reviews. They were extremely honest about what this game is in all the trailers, but it still seems like people (for no reason at all) expected something different and then got mad when it wasn't what they thought it would be. The trailers don't lie. You forage, you fish, garden, decorate your hobbit hole, cook and host dinner parties, and follow quests. That's it, that's all. No combat, no boss fights, no high-stakes anything. It's extremely cozy. Your biggest source of stress will be making it back to your bed on time at night. Please don't expect this game to be anything other than what's advertised, because it's not. Lol.
Only played 4.5 hours , I don't know if its hand drawn or if creators put too much effort on its design... ...( Palia is better, less childish and its a free game. ) Even on offer , it doesn't worth its price ,everything seems limited and repetitive.
Lacks depth and player creativity, with a poor story.
Absolutely loved this game! I wasn't sure at first given some negative reviews I had read in non-Steam sources but the Steam reviews were very positive and it looked like just the game I wasn't looking for! It's relaxing, faithful to the source material, and a lot of fun. I thoroughly enjoyed the Gardening and Cooking mechanics (especially as Cooking expanded to include more options at the Cooking Station). Foraging and Fishing were ok - sometimes Fishing felt more like a grind than other skill areas but I really enjoyed the details on which fish can be caught where, in what season, in what weather, and at what time. Beyond that, the sheer and mind-boggling variety of plants to grow, fish to catch, food to forage, and recipes to cook kept me engaged and interested well beyond completing the basic game. My *only* complaint was the lack of ale to drink and pipeweed to smoke! Though the game mentions getting a pint of ale at the Green Dragon, there is nowhere in the Green Dragon or anywhere else where you can drink a pint of ale or light up a pipe for a smoke! Though possibly related to Ratings and making the game available for a younger audience, I felt like that oversight really left some big parts of Hobbit culture out of the game. In addition to drinking ale and smoking a pipe, I would have like to have seen more casual side activities like being able to interact with all of the furniture and decorations (and there is A LOT!) as well as the food you make (beyond planned shared meals). I would like to be able to eat something I make by myself or sit down and play with a boardgame or a read a book in front of my fire. Also, being able to throw a party for a large number of Hobbits, not unlike Sims, would be a really awesome feature. I hope there are expansions/DLC planned for Tales of the Shire!
No gastes el dinero en esta pedazo de chusta!! plantas, 3 macetas poco mas, riegas, plantas, haces de comer a alguin friki de los npc, y asi siempre.
I love this game. A lot of people have said stuff about bugs but I have not encountered any personally. I love that I can decorate my little hobbit home anyway I like! You can freely place objects which makes me happy. I love all the different things you can do like fishing, gardening, and the gathering is nice after you figure out where stuff grows. The quests are fun to do and are light hearted! They really caught the many personalities you see with hobbits from the movies. The art is just beautiful and winter time really looks good!
