Tales of the Forgotten

Tales of the Forgotten is a bite-sized horror anthology where you get three different creepy stories all packed into one little game. Each story has its own vibe, whether you're poking around a haunted house, a laundromat, or some cursed office building. It’s a short, eerie ride that leans into that PSX-style horror look. Pros: ✔️ Three Great Stories: I really liked how each one had its own feel. It was nice getting that variety without it feeling repetitive. ✔️ Multiple Endings: It was cool being able to get different outcomes, and they all felt like they had some thought put into them. ✔️ Distinct Moods: Every story felt different enough that it never got stale, which made the short playtime feel more packed. Cons: ❌ Would’ve Liked More Connection: I kinda wish there was a little more tying the three stories together—it could’ve made it hit harder overall. ❌ Very, Very Short: You can beat the whole thing in no time. It’s good while it lasts, but don’t expect a long night of scares. ❌ Only Two Endings Per Story: It talks about multiple endings, but really it’s just two per story. Would’ve been nice to have a few more twists. Conclusion: As a big horror fan, I honestly had a blast with Tales of the Forgotten. Sure, it’s simple and short, and yeah, not every story is as strong as the others—but I still enjoyed every single one. It’s the kind of quick horror fix that’s perfect when you just want something spooky without committing to a huge game. Score: 9 out of 10 cursed laundry tokens—short, spooky, and absolutely worth picking up if you love horror. 🧺👻

Jeu simple, pas forcément très abouti graphiquement, mais que j’ai malgré tout bien aimé. L’ambiance et l’histoire font le travail et donnent envie d’aller jusqu’au bout. Pour l’instant, je ne sais pas s’il y aura d’autres épisodes, mais le potentiel est là.

All three tales in this game are amazing, they all feel unique have different types of scares and each of the stories are interesting as well as they all have two endings. I really hope they add to this. "Tales of the Forgotten" is a collection of 3 different short horror games, all using a PS1 era visuals. The one i played was really enjoyable (and you can see in the video how i am getting first the bad and then the good ending), so i can only hope that the other two will be at least as good.
