About
Seikyu is a quiet island sanctuary, hidden far from the noise of the human world. Here, yokai spirits live in harmony with nature and the turning seasons.
You and your sister begin your new lives in an old farmhouse - a place filled with memories, and room to begin anew. There's always something to tend, someone to chat with, or a quiet corner you haven't discovered yet.
Seikyu isn't a place you rush through. It's a place you can return to.

Your days follow a rhythm you create. Tend the farm, wander into town, or follow a path you haven't explored before. Some days you'll harvest. Some days you'll decorate. Some days you'll stumble across something you weren't expecting.
Expand your fields at your own pace, grow seasonal crops, and raise chickens, cows, sheep, and capybaras. Craft furniture and gradually create a space that feels like home.

The people of Seikyu have their own lives, routines, and quiet worries. Torleone, the thoughtful otter fisherman. Sasaki, the well-meaning carpenter who's always in the middle of a project. Nyotengu, the watchful guardian of the island skies.
Spend time with them and you'll start to notice the small changes - new dialogue, shared traditions, and story moments that unfold naturally over time. Their stories are interwoven, and yours will become part of that tapestry.

As a descendant of the Fox Clan, you carry the gift of shapeshifting. Transform to experience the island in new ways - charge through fields as a boar, soar on the wind as a tengu, or slip beneath the waves as a water spirit. Each form opens new corners of Seikyu: hidden ruins, distant hilltops, and sunken treasures.

Cherry blossoms give way to summer heat. Autumn leaves fall. Snow settles on the rooftops. Seikyu lives and breathes through every season, shaping the crops you grow, the festivals you attend, and the pace of life around you.

Japanese folklore and mythology are some of my favorite things in life, so naturally this game caught my attention immediately. A fantasy farming/life sim set on an island inhabited by yōkai. I got the game when it first entered Early Access, and I really wanted to love it. I should also be fair and say right away that I did not give it a big amount of time. But there was a reason for that. First, the good: the art direction is beyond gorgeous. The character illustrations are beautiful, the designs are unique, the whole Japanese fantasy atmosphere is wonderful, and I loved seeing all those little ideas inspired by folklore and yōkai. Even the concept of your character being able to take different spirit forms is creative and gives the game its own identity. Visually, in terms of actual graphics, I think it looks fine. But the art is where this game really shines for me. Some of the characters look like they stepped out of a beautiful Japanese fantasy storybook. And yet… When I actually started walking around, talking to people and playing, I strangely felt that the world was lifeless. I know that sounds odd considering how beautiful everything looks, but that was my feeling. I liked the NPC designs. I liked how unique everyone looked. But the way conversations were presented, the plain text boxes, the amount of text and the general flow of those early interactions just didn’t pull me in. Something about the presentation felt flat to me, and I never got that feeling of being completely absorbed into the world. And games are funny like that. Sometimes a game hooks you almost immediately, and sometimes everything on paper says “you should love this”… but you just don’t feel it. That is what happened to me here. But I also think first impressions matter, and mine was unfortunately that such a gorgeous concept felt strangely lacking in life once I was actually inside it. Still, I want to give it another chance. Maybe this time it will finally click.

could do with some polishing still good.
I've played loads of cozy farming games, but this one really sets itself apart with the charming story and art style. Learning more about the world and the characters feels rewarding. I've been following since early access, and I've really enjoyed revisiting the game in 1.0!
面白いし価格も安いのでおすすめです
This Game is amazing. I love the themes and play style. it has an open world for you to explore and plays much like Coral Island and Stardew with its very own play style and Art. I like that they did something different and stood to that Idea. They did not want a copy or a parody they wanted thier own game. I have been playing this on and off due to personal life events but I always come back. I like seeing what is new and love the terrain. (when I say They i mean the Team in whole. everyone had to play a part and have ideas for the game. This is so expansive for its style and gameplay there is no way not one person contributed.) Thank You for making an amazing game. best of wishes from BlackAcidPlague
Games pretty fun, got it when it was in early access. the only thing im not fond of is the energy system is also tied with fighting also. not paying attention and i cant swing my weapon, realize im out of energy lmao, just scarf down 20 garlics to get energy back lol
Ein tolles Spiel, die Musik, die Grafik, die Story. Hat mich alles absolut gepackt. Ich liebe Games wie Stardew Valley, Sun Haven usw., und das ist ähnlich nur halt mit dieser geilen Grafik. Also 10 von 10. Weiter so <3
