Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

"Sorry, an error has occurred. Application will now shut down. The dump file says: The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The memory could not be %s. Which I don't understand. It was playable, but then it suddenly crashed and showed an error."

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 26: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.22/day in the week to Aug 4 → 2.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Good tactics, recruitment is currently hard, but you can redo moves which is an interesting twist.
I put this on the shelf due to a learning curve I wasn't ready for, but I'm really happy this game made it to PC so I'm giving an encouraging thumbs up. I will eventually get to play it more.
It’s a pretty mid game like most say, voice acting wasn’t that good and some gameplay systems took some getting used to but the route system, while basic, gave choices that actually felt meaningful and kept the story interesting. I ended up getting the law ending, which felt kinda meh and wish I did more chaotic choices instead. I usually avoid side content, but this game makes it worth for the extra characters and gear. The Palace of the Dead was probably my favorite part, it was cool to learn what I played in FF14 was actually a nod to this and makes me want to come back to the game later to complete the remaining floors and do some postgame content.
Endlessly fun and a game full of depth. The slower more thoughtful approach to battles in this game really force you to make and change strategies. The story is compelling. Also being an older game is refreshingly simple. The game loads, you start, play save and finish when you are done. The sprite based art style is timeless. I personally enjoy tweaking and evolving my large army of combatants which includes all classes with the dragons being my personal favorite. This is my favorite tactical rpg and I would recommend this title to anyone that enjoys this type of game.
Matsuno's other SRPG masterpiece
There are too many characters on the stage, and it takes half a day for each to take an action, which disrupts the game's rhythm. The AI characters keep taking control, completely disrupting the battle plan. Adding cards is unnecessary and further disrupts the game's rhythm and the player's plan. You have to snatch the cards, otherwise they will be taken by the enemy. The game's strength and weakness settings are unreasonable, making things difficult for the player. These are completely unnecessary practices. It has already fallen behind the same type of small-scale strategy games from Europe and America.
