Each run through Tabletop Tavern’s roguelike campaign is a new adventure, challenging you to adapt and evolve. Recruit new units, discover rare gear, and unlock upgrades that permanently alter your strategy. With scaling difficulty, random encounters, and dozens of heroes and factions to unlock, no two campaigns play the same.Command unique factions, each boasting distinct playstyles. Lead the elite infantry of the Vikings, the monstrous trolls and giants of the Orcs, agile and flashy Elves, stalwart Humans, resilient Dwarves, and so much more! Each faction comes with abilities that change how you craft your army and utilize them in battle. Master your faction’s identity and forge synergies that fit your preferred style of conquest.
Battles unfold on a tabletop battlefield where every clash feels like a miniature wargame brought to life in real time. Between skirmishes, you’ll manage your roster, face difficult choices, and make strategic decisions that shape your campaign. If you're the kind of player who finishes a roguelike run and immediately starts the next one, this one's for you.

fun for ten minutes but u can just autoresolve and win every single battle, enemy AI in combat just holds W and attacks, and the map/choices along the way dont really seem to effect much, u just stick in bigger/better units every time u see a shiny/rare card and you win

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is great, tw and slay the spire as one basically so far.
Trés bon petit jeu avec une profondeur
Its like Total War but I dont have to look in CA's direction because they make me SICK. Would recommend.
Can't wait to see this one grow
I have very much enjoyed this little gem! I had never gotten around to the totalwar games and, frankly, have no interest in most of the out of battle tactics and scheming, I wanna get right into the action. That said, I would love a seeded mode so I could see people make very funny things if they know every outcome, especially cursed seeds and weird dilemmas. I would also like more customization and perhaps a horde mode of sorts where you can start with a fully kitted army and items etc and go through fight after fight no recovery or something along those lines. I don't mind randomness but I would love to see what you cook up if you knew a player was going in close to max power just as a different mode or alternate play style or something. Only critique is performance drops to single digit frames on 3rd round of maps on high end computer. Thanks devs!
Fun game. Try it out for free, you'll probably buy it if it's your kind of game.
Delightful solo dev game that can be summed up as "bite-sized Total War battles in a roguelike package." Great fun, quick runs, and plenty of room to learn / grow / expand. Factions are varied, unit variety is broad and enjoyable. Drops any and all grand strategy in favor of the now-standard roguelike progression map a la Slay the Spire, Drop Duchy, etc.
pro: reminds me of Warhammer, characters are pretty interesting as well con: no spells YET, it's usually just up to highest level units
