Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Meiner Meinung nach bestes Remake aller Zeiten! Hut ab Leute!
Nightdive absolutely knocked it out of the park. Perfect example of what a remake should be, EXTREMELY faithful to the original while making a ton of improvements. I hit the half way point and genuinely couldn't put it down until I finished it. 100% highly recommend for anyone with an interest in the Immersive Sim genre and the history of iconic PC games.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's system shock. I never play the original before but I'm a fan of system shock2. Thank for the remake the 1st one. Warning: The game is difficult, I played with default difficult setting 2-2-2 just like game recommended. This game is not run and gun genre. It's system shock that require you to plan ahead before engaging combat. Using the correct ammo type for the enemy is a key. You have to peek around a corner a lot when shooting. Turn on/off each energy consumption part effectively (like turn on power armor before fighting and switch off after finish a fight). There is no objective indicator what u have to do, u will only get a clue from listening audio log and reading some text , email in game. You are free to explore the Citadel just like in metrovania and can progress further only when condition met. So it's easy to get lost what u are supposed to do to. The inventory size is limited and you cannot carry all guns, this is another difficulty issue, you have to stock them on the floor maybe near the elevator or cargo lift instead and remember which floor u stocked them. (do not put in the elevator, someone said item can disappear in elevator). (for me, I stocked weapons near cargo lift)
nice game, recommend

I've only played the remake, never played the OG, but oh my god this game blows. The map is awful, I couldn't tell you how to get anywhere from anywhere, I've never had that issue in any game nearly as bad as this. The visual design is atrocious I can't tell what's interactable and what's just for decoration so I ended up just clicking everything slightly glowy to make sure it wasn't an interactable. Combat is really just hide behind cover and fire when an enemy takes a break from firing. Every time a cyberspace section came up it took everything to not uninstall the game. Go play Deus Ex revision instead, way better

Yeah, the hype is real on this one. The original System Shock came out when I was too young to appreciate it, but I remember it being discussed and dissected at length in gaming magazines. It was held on a pedestal: an exemplary example of how creative and immersive video games can be. A high-concept masterpiece. A bridge between video games and real literature. Proof that little virtual role playing games can be capital-A Art too. All of those things are still true about System Shock 2013. You should play it now if you're reading this, but there's no rush. It's still going to be an excellent game twenty years from now. Real art is timeless, baby!
7/10 game barely tells you what to do, but it's fun
