Swarm Survivor

Wildly enjoyable! The atmosphere is spot on (and the darkness truly adds to the story and immersion), the graphics and controls are great, the combat is satisfying, the character and weapon builds allow for customization of game-play, the challenge is solid (and if you're achievement hunting, you'll have to work for it, as it isn't an easy game), and the price-point is more than acceptable, especially considering the re-play value due to some of the random generation. There is no save function, but the runs are short. There is no difficulty select, but it is very well balanced and doesn't suffer from that. It's perma-death; you lose your level/skills and your gear, but you retain access to the abilities that you've unlocked when setting up the next character build. The negative aspects for me are the bare-bones story, the lack of map variety, and the lack of creature variety - but none of these really even came close to hindering my enjoyment of the game. All in all, though, I really enjoy it and have completely gotten my money's worth!

I usually stay away from survivor type games because I am not really interested in them. This one stood out to me tho to some unique mechanics and not being over the top (I really hate it when the entire screen is exploding in different colors from 20 different effects). For the small price (especially on a sale) it's really woth the expirience but for me it gets boring really quickly. This could be helped with if there was a bit more content to it, like maybe 2 more different bosses to change things up a bit and it also feels too easy. But the game itself seems fine from a quality point of view. I had no problems at all and it feels good to play overall. So in short I was really close to not recommand it but you really can't complain too much about it, especially for the price.

Top expérience. Jeu addictif et dont la difficulté appréciable! Les graphismes sont vraiment top et l’ambiance des maps sont sympa! Le son, les zombies et la pénombre ajoutent un réel plus à la surprise.

Very nice little rogue-like. It could become a real hit with a few updates still. Be as it is, it's really fun to play, I like how the achievements system only upgrades your upgrades, not directly the character. You can sort of choose a playstyle for each run (light-based, stealthy, heavy, etc.). Needs some polishing but totally worth its current price !

The combination of the dark, gritty visuals and the thrilling gameplay mechanics in this top-down shooter creates a truly immersive experience. It's a game that will keep you coming back for more

a unica coisa ruim deste jogo, é que apenas tem um mapa, seria muito melhor com ao menos uns 3 mapas novos e alguns inimigos diferentes e chefes, assim como mais armas novas.

Having a great time with the game so far. It's fun, addictive and the atmosphere is great.

Meh. It's okay. It is only a 5 Euro game but wow it is incredibly content light and extremely easy despite the game trying its damndest to kill you with overtuned scaling on enemies the more you level. It's a neat little game you can finish in one sitting basically.
