Welcome to the Dark Souls of Sudoku games. It plays just like Sudoku, but with different options than a numbered title I also found on Steam. There's no way to check your work here, so if you made a logical mistake you might have to undo the entire puzzle to find out where that is, which requires spamming the undo button. I tried erase, but it didn't do anything. That said you can choose notes which places kittens in the squares as notes to avoid fighting with adult cats. They'll fight if a cat of the same kind is in the same row or column. I like it, but for someone like me, being able to check my work helps. Once I know my work up to a point is fine I'm good to go, so it would be nice to see that added. It would also be nice to see a restart option added for when you've messed up and have a cat fight on your hands. There is a hint system, but I didn't use it so far as you only get three and a completed puzzle only adds one. So maybe a more robust hint system and a way to zoom in on the board from above? I got this on sale for $1.19 USD and although it's cute and worth it, you might want to wait for a deeper discount if you were looking for a more casual (and forgiving) Suduko title. However, if you like a challenge, then it's certainly worth the full price.

Cutest sudoku ever. I encourage you to make errors and use notes just to get the reaction animations and have bunches of kittens onscreen. I have no problems with erasing, overwriting, or undoing as others reported. It would be nice to have a difficulty setting as puzzles so far are a tad on the easy side.

Sudoku and cats come together to form complex puzzles in the form of Sudokats

A cute sudoku game where you got different coloured cats instead of numbers. There is 24 sudokus that took me about 5 hours to solve. While it is a nice game I had a few issues with it: - took me a while to realize there is a top down view but that view has some unnecessary swaying effect that can cause motion sickness - the brown and black cats are hard to tell apart. There seem to be some reports of people saying the game doesn't run, but it has worked fine for me on Linux with Proton 6.3-8 in January 2022 and it still does work fine now when I went to check if that is still the case in August 2023 with version 8.0-3.

[h1]Warning![/h1] This game won't even start and crashes with runtime error. Apparently there are already similar complains at the community discussion awhile ago and the dev isn't answering at all. Be aware if you want to buy this game!

Süße Katzen - Süßes Spiel :3 Anfangs dachte ich "Wow, das sieht etwas schwer aus." Aber es war einfacher als erwartet. xD Man gewöhnt sich recht schnell an die verschiedenen Farben der Katzen. Mir persönlich hat es Spaß gemacht. :) Die Erfolge waren bei mir leider verbugt, sie kamen alle erst nach neustart des Spiels. + Erfolge

Very broken for a simple sudoku game.

このゲームは正直おすすめについては迷いますね……中間評価があれば「普通」な感じです。 他の日本人ユーザーさんが書いてます通り、数独が分かる前提となりますゲームです。 知らないと全く意味が分からず、ゲーム内の直感的な操作で解ける内容でもないので、せめてチュートリアルもしくはゲーム内で説明くらいあっても良かったかも。 一応ストアページには英文できちんと「数独」と言う記載はされています。 猫ちゃんが可愛いので、私も同じモデリングの猫ちゃんが出ているゲームはいくつか所持しています。 ただこのゲームは本当にGPUの音が煩くなるので、ゲーム側からの負荷がよっぽど凄いのかな……と。 派手なMMOやFPSみたいなゲームならばGPU負荷も仕方ないと思うのですが、数独みたいなパズルゲームでここまでの負荷は……グラボへの負担を考えますと、パズルゲームでここまで負担を掛けたくないなとは思ってしまいます。 音が煩いくらい負荷が掛かるので、リラックス気分でパズルを解くと言う気分にもなれません。 あと特徴のある色のネコを除き、慣れるまでは何種類か分かりづらい種類のネコが居ます。 ここにはこの種類のネコが入る、と置いたつもりでも実は種類を誤認していて別のネコが置かれてしまったりなど……。 黒白赤黄緑青辺りは分かりやすいんですけどね、もう少し色の特徴を強くして分かりやすくしていただきたかったです。 ネコのゲームとして数独を提示する事に意義があるのだと思いますが、地味でも普通の数独の方が明らかにプレイはしやすいかなと。 せめてネコと一緒に数字もくっついていれば、それだけでも凄くプレイしやすくなるかなと思います。 日本語非対応ですが、操作が凄く簡単なのでこの点は特に問題無いです。 仮に英語が読めなかったとしても、操作方法自体はすぐに分かるかなと。 ただ「Note」と言う機能だけは何なのか、私には良く分かりませんでした。 GPUの煩さやネコの色の分かりづらさなど難有りな面もありますが、数独にハマりそうならば問題を解く事に楽しさを覚えられます。 冒頭の通り総合的には「普通」な感じなのですが、一応二択なのでおすすめにしておきます。
