Swan Song is a cozy puzzle game that invites you to slow down, listen, and reflect. Set inside a magical music box, each puzzle asks players to place notes on a musical scale. When you turn the key, the composition plays, activating platforms and opening paths that guide a small swan to safety.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Swan Song is a cozy and emotional puzzle game. Use notes of different shapes and sizes to program a music box and solve each puzzle. Help the swan reach the exit as you uncover a touching story of family, loss and grief.
Each puzzle is a piece of music waiting to be written. Place musical notes on your scale. Their position determines which platforms activate when the melody plays. Once you’ve composed your solution, turn the key and let the music guide the swan through the level.
Perfect timing and thoughtful placement are the keys to success. Between puzzles, a touching narrative slowly unfolds, revealing the story of the music box’s creator and the family it was made for.
You discover an old, mysterious music box filled with personal artifacts. This was the creator’s final masterpiece, his “swan song”. Lovingly crafted as a tribute to his family.
With every puzzle you solve, fragments of his story come to light. What happened to the family? What secrets does the box hold? Let the music lead you through a story of grief, memories & regret.
CONTENT WARNING:
Please be aware that the story of Swan Song deals with themes of death & terminal illness.
We will update Swan Song with some free updates in the months after release. These of course include some bug fixes, but we also have some additional content planned! Later this year you can expect to get your hands on the level editor, so you can create your own levels and share them on the steam workshop. This level editor will also get some updates with platforms and additional mechanics never seen in the main story! We will also be working on proper controller & better Steam Deck support. A console release of Swan Song is something we really want to do! We are working on it, but don't have an exact release plan for it yet. Stay tuned for more!

A simple and well crafted puzzle game with clear direction and mechanics. I can't say the interstitials and story added much here but did not detract from the experience.

Swan song deceives with it's initially simple-looking puzzle mechanics. What initially feels like an easy-to-figure-out premise soon evolves into a creative and decently engaging puzzle that actually required me, a big fan of puzzle games, to think quite a bit about the solution at times. It may not reach the level of difficulty that some of the bigger contenders in the puzzle genre may present, but where the gameplay might fall short, the beautiful story and the way it is presented makes up for it. If you are only looking for a difficult puzzle challenge, this game may not be for you, but if you like casual puzzle games and narrative games about very real life experiences, then perhaps this game will be to your liking!
Fun and challenging puzzle game with a heart-wrenching story attached. Have your tissue box on stand-by before you delve into this one.
Pretty
8/10
Swan Song manages to combine a heartbreaking story with beautiful, yet not too challenging, puzzles. The secret puzzles, the soundtrack and objects around the puzzle add to a great experience. Only downside (by the time of writing) is not having the Level Editor, which would have given the game more replayability.
