I could really enjoy a game like this in vr for some reason, if only it would have stable controls. At this state it's barely playable in most of the levels, difficult to move your shopping cart and and sometime's the same struggle to move and store the products in your cart, with some extra effort i managed to do some levels in smaller stores but when i was in the large store it was just impossible to do the job sadly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jn3PdaofyyM
For me, it seems like the best video games are those based on activities I can’t stand to do in real life. I learned that after my first time playing the Sims, when I realized I was sitting there watching my sim do stuff like scrub toilets and go to house parties. So, going to the supermarket. Sounds like a good game. It should have been so, so cool. It was not. I didn’t get very far on this game, mostly because it is completely counterintuitive and difficult to understand, and explanations of the buttons on the intro screen don’t all actually match with what the buttons do. So there’s a lot of meandering around pressing buttons before you can actually pull off any shopping. First of all, the cart doesn’t turn with you when you go around a corner, so you have to keep re-orienting it manually depending on where you want to go. If you reach for an item on the shelf, you just kind of bat it around until it falls on the floor; unless I was just doing it wrong, the way to grab things is with a remote grab procedure. You know, just like real life. Basic navigation aside — and really, what else is there to this activity than steering the cart and picking up the items? — keeping the items in your cart is also a challenge, because if you even happen to nudge anything there’s a noise and the stuff from your cart bursts out all over the place onto the floor. And sometimes the cart looks like a cart, and other times it looks like a wireframe artist’s conception of a cart. And the names of the products are bizarre, so they’re hard to find. And on the first full level, if you don’t find all the products within the time limit, this truly terrifying man’s voice bellows, “you LOSE!!” I’m OK with losing, but the voice was scary, even after I knew it was coming. It’s just a bad execution of a cool concept. A good idea, but not quite done yet...needs more work.
Before I played Supermarket VR, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
Supermarket VR and mini-games is a free VR game about shopping in a supermarket. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played bad, sounded ok. I am guessing, this was a coding project for a single developer. I could not figure out how to grab items from a distance. This program does not replace the joy of supermarket shopping in real life, actually this program gamifying the supermarket experience is not working to make anyone feel better. There should Not be a timer set on your runs through the market. Sometimes the program's movement modes lagged, causing motion sickness. All the boxes of product looked the same, making it harder to find what you need to buy. The UI for the cart movement don't reproduce what you do in real life shopping cart driving, it should be more like driving a car. Throwing an item into your cart does not equal the real life physics movement. Was this a paid product at release? One of the other reviews said Product Refunded. You can Try this free game, but it is not worth a download.
This game is more than a game, but not because it is very intense action game, but because you feel immersed in a real supermarket. The movements of collecting a product can be natural or improved by remote selection. You can teleport to different areas of the supermarket. It is entertaining although the subject has its limitation. The fact of having two supermarkets allows having different levels of difficulty. Perhaps the recommended improvements would be in terms of product information, extra time points or location, .... You can spend an entertaining time with the mini-games. You do things that you would like to do in a supermarket: playing the ball, throwing bottles, objects, ... is de-stressing.

This game is not worth it at all. It absolutely sucks. Me and my sister tried it and it was very laggy and slow and would not function properly you couldnt even finish the task. Everything was extreamly glitchy. Im disappointed because the game looks good in preview but it needs alot of work and hopefully itll be fixed soon
Experienced on Oculus Rift S with Gen 2 Touch Controllers.
Let's start with the bad things about game. 1. I start up the game and my hands are in the wrong place, my controllers are where the wrists are. 2. My cart will teleport across the store sometimes, however this can be fixed by pressing the rearrangement buttons (if you can reach them, that is). 3. Stuff will be added to your cart if you run into shelves. 4. The "Teleport" function only dims one eye and is super annoying and is like a one-eye flashbang. 5. The beeping for the 10 last seconds is abrupt, annoying, and harsh sounding, when they could've added a single "10 seconds left" voice line, which would be way better, a countdown would work too. The game overall isn't actually that bad (keep in mind you're paying nothing for this, so don't expect too much) the player models look like they're from a launch day PS3 game, and the cart has a mind off it's own and will push you around which I'm guessing is because you're running into the cart by walking around, so if you're playing in seated mode then this most likely won't happen (even though the steam page highly recommends room-scale, maybe use a spinning chair? I don't know). It's is the worst Game I've ever played. So buggy, so ugly.
Глючная игра, плохо оптимизирована, и вестибулярный аппарат сильно напрягает.
