Super Walrus Entertainment System (SWES) isn't actually a console, but rather a free game about an arcade full of several feature-packed games that you can play entirely for free (no microtransactions or other nonsense),set in the world of Walthros (another game by Super Walrus Games that was originally released on DOS & is being remade with modern graphics as Walthros: Renewal). In it are Bufanda: A Tale of Three Ghosts,a text based adventure about paranormal happenings which has several different endings,Horse Game,a short game about collecting horses while an obnoxious announcer narrates your moves,a Ghost's Town,a puzzle game about walking around town & helping people with their problems so you can find the truth,& Burpin' Bros.a Bubble Bobble parody about two brothers dealing with green serpent-like guys, flying bugs,& fireball spitting balls with faces, The only three games I've played are Horse Game,Bufanda,& Ghost's Town during this review,& all I can say is,it's pretty well-worth it to check it out. Ghost's Town & Bufanda will most likely be the major time consumers of your time in the game, with multiple endings for replayability, odd but unique areas,& humorous dialogue. Both are at least an hour or two in length (assuming you don't speedrun),meaning they're quite lengthy. There isn't much to do in the arcade itself, aside from collecting random figurines (Don't know if those transfer to Walthros: Renewal or not) & changing the lighting in the arcade itself by talking to the clown fish. You can also talk to the frog guy on the bench to change your character (I started out with a blue hoverfish, don't know about everyone else). It's random, meaning you can't control how your character will look after. However, the game reads your clock, meaning new characters come to the arcade depending on what day & time it is in the real world which is rather impressive. In conclusion,SWES is a solid 4/5 as far as free games go. Definitely worth checking out, especially if they add even more games in the future. Only thing I would recommend beyond this is that they add a claw machine, because honestly...what arcade doesn't have one?

I wish I was better at games haha but I enjoyed this one, it was funny :).
Quirky NES-style gamepack with a sketchy arcade overworld.
Before I played Super Walrus Entertainment System, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
truly epic
"Super Walrus Entertainment System" is a free collection of minigames made with the craptastic OHRRPGCE (aka Official Hamster Republic Role Playing Game Construction Engine), none of which are actually RPGs. You might think it's a real problem that they used an RPG engine to create things that aren't RPGs, but this is less of a problem than you might think, becuase OHRRPGCE is completely useless at making RPGs. It makes the blight on the industry that is RPG Maker look like the pinnacle of gaming in comparison, that's how bad it is. On the upside there's some glib humour in the way the games are presented as a quirky adventure in a weird video game arcade, but this isn't enough to save the game from the godawful technical implementation, in no small part a result of the poor choice of game engine. The games themselves are understandably shallow, and somewhat beneath the quality of free Flash games you can play on the web in your browser. Resolution and controls are locked, and can't be changed, customised or improved. The game is stuck in a 4:3 aspect ratio, so it's going to be perfect for you guys still gaming on PCs from 1994... and not so good for anyone living in this decade. They chose to use obsolete retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. These flaws push this game far below minimum acceptable standards for PC. The game is completely free. Nothing speaks more to a developers belief in themselves and their product than making their game available for everyone without remuneration. This is certainly a gesture that shows dedication to the gaming industry. It's a shame in this case that the implementation is below the minimum standards a dedicated PC game should offer to enthusiasts. There's no "maybe" option in Steam, unfortunately, but I hope to see more work from this developer, perhaps as part of a professional game development company that can make full use of their talents without needing to make budget/quality compromises like using extremely poor quality game construction kits.
I like the horse game
OHRRPGCE motoru kullanılarak yapılmış kısa biçimli bağımsız oyunlardan oluşan ücretsiz bir koleksiyon! Gölgeli bir atari salonunu keşfedin ve haftanın her günü değişen çeşitli tuhaf insanlarla tanışın. 26'ya kadar farklı oyuncak kapsülü ödülü toplayın. Palyaçolarla, sihirbazlarla ve gangsterlerle konuşun. En önemlisi biraz oyun oynayın!
Horse Game is my new favorite game of all time hands down. Wish the other games had the amazing voice work.
