Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.2/day in the week to Jul 17 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Super Video Golf is a 90s styled turn-based golf game, with 8 player local and network support. Super Video Golf features a variety of full sized courses, pitch 'n' putt courses and mini golf - each of which can be played in a variety of weather conditions, day or night!
Work your way through 6 challenging leagues and 2 tournaments, Single Player, in Career mode, or in Free Play mode relax with a solo game or any combination of human and CPU players, locally or online.
There is also a tutorial and a driving range for offline practice, with full online leaderboards for both the courses (in Free Play mode) and the driving range. Reaching specific milestones in Career Mode and Free Play will unlock features such as the clubhouse or the course remixer which allows arranging any of the available holes into a custom course, as well as new items such as clubs, balls, headwear and player avatars.
In Free Play game modes include:
Stroke Play
Stableford
Stableford Pro
Match Play
Skins
Multi-target
Elimination

Nearest the Pin+
Clubset Shuffle
Free Play modes such as Stroke Play and Stableford can also be played as Teams, where both human and CPU players can pair up to compete with a single ball.
The Career mode leagues span 6 seasons across 12 courses, over 36 games. Ranking in the top 3 of each season unlocks new cosmetic items such as balls, headwear and new avatars, which can be used in both Career and Free Play mode. Two knock-out tournaments add to the challenge via a series of 1v1 rounds, with trophies, unlockable cosmetics and achievements at stake!
When playing Free Play mode Super Video Golf can be played either as couch co-op with up to 8 players using 1-4 compatible controllers or the PC keyboard, or online with up to 8 computers connecting to a single game. Super Video Golf can also be played as a combination of both allowing up to 16 players in a single round.
With variable difficulty everybody's golf style is accounted for. Choose the Casual clubs for a quick round with friends or the CPU, or increase the challenge with Regular and Pro club sets. Upgrade your clubs at the Equipment Counter and you'll be making hot shots golf players everywhere will be envious of!
Players can customise their characters with a range of designs, hair styles and balls to choose from, with more available in the Steam Workshop. Computer controlled players can be added to a game either to fill out a team roster, to practice against - or simply to pit against other CPU players while you watch and relax. CPU players feature adaptive skill, so as the player's level increases, so does the challenge!
As well as Career mode, solo features of Super Video Golf include Monthly Challenges which start at the beginning of each month, and a club league where personal progress is pitted against CPU players. The league consists of 24 round seasons, with awards given for top 3 placement and CPU players whose difficulty increases to match the player, season by season.
The clubhouse also hosts all the player's personal stats, such as time spent on each course, the player's score history and any awards received from completing monthly challenges and winning the club league. If you know how to find them there are a few arcade games too!
Every month a new set of leaderboards are created so players can compete around the world to win trophies for placing anywhere in the top 3 in Free Play. Player stats are tracked and broken down by year, month or week and can be viewed from within the clubhouse.
Steam Workshop support means that it is easy to find new customisation options such as new balls or head wear, avatars, voices, flags... and even upload your own creations to share.
Not only that but Super Video Golf supports a wide array of resolutions, from as low as 640 x 480, all the way up to the latest UHD ultra wide displays. Full controller support means that big picture mode is fully supported, ideal for couch co-op play. It's also great on Steam Deck, where your progress is tracked online and offline - meaning you can golf wherever you go!

it is Super it is Video it is Golf
S tier golf game
1st day in a couple of weeks where it was nice and cool in the morning and I wasn't instantly sweating after walking the dog. This was a perfect play after that. Good vibes all around. Solid solid solid video game golf game.
I grew up playing Mean 18 on an IBM PC, and later sank a lot of hours into the original Microsoft Golf. While the 2K and EA golf games lean into realism at the expense of fun (IMO), Super Video Golf scratches that 3-click itch in a very satisfying way. It's also a little bit silly, and the fact that it doesn't take itself too seriously gives it some real charm. It's already a very good value from a solo dev and definitely worth it. I hope that someday a course editor will allow new courses to be created and added through Workshop.
Easily my favorite golf game on Steam. Reminds me, strangely, of original NES Golf in how I approach my fades and hooks. The art style is PS1 era and goofy, which is a plus and the courses are fun and challenging. Plenty of monthly events to keep you logging in and it's great with friends, or at least I assume it is, I don't really have very many, and the ones I have would rather burn welts into their arms than golf. Took a few rounds to understand all of the mechanics but now I'm shooting birdies regularly, and when I don't, it's my fault, which is perfect for a golf game. For the price you can't beat it.
A very relaxing, simple golf game that will tickle the fancy of any Camelot golf game enjoyer. Plus, customization means you can put Neo Turf Master music (not that the original music is any bad, very reminiscent of old PC-DOS games with the doots and drums). An easy game to understand, but pretty technical to master.
