Raw ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. Steal at current price. Love rolling the little guy around.
有点像跳跳乐又有点像平衡球,不要被开头的两关的弱智难度忽悠了,难度直线上升。不过我喜欢种类型的游戏,还不错
Less responsive Monkey Ball. Love the tongue grappling mechanic for vertical platforming. Turning Sami is way too stiff. 6/10
Cute, simple to understand, not too easy 3d platformer. Reminiscent of Celeste, Mario 64, Marble Blast Ultra. Good music, vibrant visuals.
I wish Steam had a "In the middle" option for reviews, but I will leave a positive review despite the game having some flaws. I'll start with the positives: I actually did enjoy the level design for what it was, there were a few moments where I was able to skip a few annoying sections by using the tongue jump. I enjoyed going for the collectables throughout the levels, but what I enjoyed the most was finding the secret exit's in levels. Finding them felt reminiscent of Crash Bandicoot 2 secrets, either going off the beaten path or waiting on something in the environment reveals a secret exit that gives you another level to play. Getting the collectable in every level wasn't too bad either, and if you're having trouble finding them you can purchase a one time use compass to point towards it. I think the game provided enough of a challenge if you enjoy difficult 3D platformers. That being said I have some major issues with the game: My main issue is controlling Sami feels kind of terrible. I expected him to have more control or to be at least somewhat smooth, but he's very heavy and clunky. You have to be very committal when you move around which means you can't make last second turns/pivots. Truthfully the game is more of a precision based platformer than it is a marble game, which is fine, except the character you play as doesn't really fit in a precision platformer and it just led to some very frustrating levels. The playable character clashes with the level design and it's super punishing in the later stages to make one small mistake and be sent back. I found myself spamming the tongue jump more often than anything else just to save myself from falling off the level. I was expecting fast paced sharp movement, but instead got chunky precision which was mostly a letdown. There is one saving grace however and it's after you beat the main game you unlock a mode where you play as Vera, and her movement is infinitely better than Sami's. She gets a glide which lets her have insane air time, the amount of skips you can do with her is exactly what I wanted from the game. I found playing through the game as her to be way more enjoyable. However you still have to get through the entire game as Sami to get to it so it still soured the experience. Overall if you can get over the awkward movement I think you'll enjoy your time with this game, it's short and sweet.
Old-school platforming game. Hard at times but fun and cute. The main character is my namesake so that's a plus also.
Even though it always sounds like I'm being tortured in excruciatingly painful ways whenever I play this game, I assure you that I'm having fun. Also the completely destroyed monitor and controller were already like that before... I swear!
it hurts
Un juego divertidísimo, con una cantidad de contenido de calidad increíble para el precio que tiene y lo poco que se habla de él. Recomendadísimo.
Fun game I suck at
