This game is a fantastic entry point into Metroidvania's
This is a great hidden gem of the game. I play-tested another game for this creator and he gave me the game as a ‘thank you’ for my time. If you enjoy Metroidvania style games, you’re really like this one. It borrows a lot from Metroid, in fact. The play unlocks abilities by finding gems and beating enemies, plus there is a ‘lite’ leveling system. As you power up you can backtrack and find things you missed or couldn’t get. The story follow a little robot that has lost his memory. He’s on a journey to find his father is a post-apocalyptic setting. If all this sounds like you’re cup of tea, give it a try. Expect about 10 hours to beat the main story.

Very good metroidvania
Wonderful metroidvania! If you like Super Metroid this is a must play!
A solid metroidvania. I started on normal and it seemed really difficult so I restarted on easy. Enemies, especially bosses, are very spongey. The fact that this game was made by one dude makes it all the more impressive! Grade: B+
I initially wrote an angry review but have since changed my perspective on this game LOL =====THE GOOD===== 1. The artwork is impressive. 2. Level design and platforming mechanics are solid. 3. Gaining new abilities is a unique and interesting progression system. 4. Plenty of side quests and characters to interact with, which adds some welcome variety. 5. Boss battles are unique with a nice variety of move sets to learn/overcome. 6. I did say the story was underwhelming, but after playing a bit more... it's very well-written. =====THE BAD===== 1. Enemies and bosses can be damage sponges if you go to a zone too early, or don't level enough. Not a huge deal, but there can be some frustration if you're not sure where to go next and think the only solution is to power through a zone where I have to shoot a slime 50,000 times to kill it LOL Thankfully the dev is active and gave me a suggestion on the forum. Thank you! 2. The dialogue can definitely be a bit cheesy, but after playing for a while and reminding myself that I'm controlling a literal roBOY, the childlike behavior starts to make more sense. That said, maybe this is more of a me problem. I don’t have kids, and I’ve never been particularly fond of them. So take this with a grain of salt. I'm probably just a single, bitter guy yelling at imaginary neighborhood kids to “STAY OFF MY LAWN!” 3. The soundtrack and overall audio design isn't great. Boss fight music could use a bit more "oomf" but then again, maybe later bosses have a better soundtrack. Though, this isn't a huge deal and won't impact gameplay. The subtle exploration music is nice, though. 5. The main character is irritating at first but see #2. I'm told he does grow up a bit, so I'm looking forward to that LOL =====FINAL THOUGHTS===== This game is a true gem. I'm really enjoying it and need to overcome my frustration when I reach an area with no idea where to go next. I need to remind myself that this is a metroidvania game, and getting lost is part of the annoying charm. If you enjoy MV games, you'll really like this one.
