I highly recommend this game if you can tolerate repetitive game play! Pros- The writing was way better than I expected! Great story, characters were awesome, and the jokes were good. Visuals were awesome. Character design was great, sex scenes were well done and easy to reenter, and a good number of cinema pieces throughout the game. Audio was dope. Great voice acting and a good sound track. Cons- The gameplay is solid with a grid combat mode and an astroids like shooter mode, but how many times you have to play these two modes can be painful. v Spoiler territory v Dallick (your teams stoner, engineer, and equipment maintenance specialist) had no love scenes and very little appreciation from the crew... He was an underappreciated gem... but his devotion quest was one of my favorites!

Pros: -The main character pulls off being basically a extra pervy Deadpool with a fun Australian accent. -All the voice actors should be praised they did amazing and should be supported. A+ for the Voice actors. They provided much emotion and passion working with such lackluster writing. -The animated companions and various art are beautifully made and those efforts show. Cons: -Grey consent, consent is important and should always be included. -Intelligence should be obvious especially for the creations/creatures, we don't want grey zones, consent is important for all involved and only intellectual species that can consent should be considered and shown. -Takes the whole entire game to get access to dates to get any emotional attachment between each other. The majority of the game everyone has the attitude of 'we're just ♥♥♥♥ buddies and nothing more' so it hurts that it takes so long to build any real connection. -The main character can only be a boring white hooman in a fantasy space game. I wish the animations weren't prerendored so at bare minimum everything unlocked in game could have the option to be toggled on in all the scenes and so mods could've helped with more overall customization. I understand not being able to make your own completely custom OC but I wish at bare minimum a slider with all the spectrum of colors could've been implemented so that any colored skin could be chosen, representation is important and should be considered and it'd help with roleplay and self insert if the player had control of that one aspect. Additionally as a option noone would have to play as 'normal hooman' shades of skin in a space fantasy setting with endless species and DNA splicing where it could easily make sense. Giving players such a choice is grounding and helps overall connection. -The writing/creativity was lacking. Barely any emotional connection or romance is established, majority of the personalities were disappointedly 'one trick pony' 'one note' stereotypes. Maybe about 2% of the game has beautiful heartfelt moments, wish there could be more bonding and tender moments leading up to the smut instead of majority of the writing being cringey instead of tasteful. Wish actual sex workers could've been consolidated to help as most of it sounds written by The Male Gaze. Puns and slutty speak can be great additions if done correctly but majority of it felt like a joke reading of bad fanfiction. Much of the writing unfortunately felt like a neckbeards representation of what they think females -should- sound like. The constant praising of the main character as if his ♥♥♥♥ was a gift to the universe definitely felt like another pushed male fantasy trope. Wish the characters had more depth and weren't so shallow. -Game play was just OK, really glad there's a skip button after 3 fails otherwise would've rage quit, not needing to fail and having a instant skip would've been better. All mini-games were just timed clicking with no special interactions or bonding so they didn't bring anything special to the table even though there's unique scenes. The Galaga(sp) ship shooting got boring after 3 missions, wish there could be a story mode option to skip battling and only hear the story and characters interaction. The turn based square grid game should've had some special 3D details and been more than adjacent chess to be more playable. There's some bugs. The models have a lot of clipping especially the outfits and hair. -Of the 12 available companions I'd say 2 were written pretty well, 3 were okay, and the rest had such monumental flaws and/or cringiness they weren't redeemable at all. Yes this is a sex game but standards are important and without constructive criticism and player feedback nothing will improve. It could've been so much more than just a gimme quick sex gooner game. If people -just- want porn why play a game with so much story and writing, there's games that's only ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. If a game has so much writing and connections and romancing shouldn't it all be tied in coherently and overall flow beautifully together? If the writing had community input (more than just the 'add more' horny responses) this gem of a game that has so much potential could've been polished and been just as big as Baldur's Gate 3.
A spaceship shootem-up was bad, then we get a visual novel that looks terrible, also whats with that 1990s UI? Writing is just braindead. Then turn-based combat part came up and it was boring, almost no animation during combat and camera is so far away it just ends up looking like I'm wathcing at a picture of plastic figurines on the floor. Esentially the game just throws awful minigames with some of the worst presentation at you and it costs almost 40? What? I got it with a 65% discount and even with a discounted price this is just not worth it. Watched just one poorly animated scene and it was underwhelming, zero interactivity slider with "♥♥♥" button? That was an awful way to show off what you're offering with this game. I would probably get bored and dropped this game even if it was free. Definitely a refund. How this got any hype around it when it first cameout is a mystery to me.
if this game didnt crash during every dialogue scene, it would be great!
