Showko, manager of the mahjong café P's Club, lays down the rules:
"Strip mahjong is simple—whoever loses takes something off."
Mizuki, Aya, Akira, and Showko—
Heated one-on-one matches with four unforgettable heroines begin now. What awaits you beyond victory...?
A one-on-one battle of nerves, where every victory costs the heroine another piece of clothing. That's strip mahjong.
From the 1980s through the early 2000s, strip mahjong was a major genre of Japanese arcade gaming. It was a more carefree era: cabinets stood not only in arcades, but in shopping centers, hotels, even aboard ferries. And at the heart of the craze was the Super Real Mahjong series, born in 1987.
In an age when still images were the norm, its heroines moved in fluid animation—and blushed. That shock is still remembered today as a bittersweet page in the youth of countless players.
Players kept feeding in 100-yen coins, desperate to see what came next.
Nearly all of them went home defeated.
Super Real Mahjong was, after all, an arcade game—built to separate challengers from their coins as efficiently as possible. So the moment a heroine's last garments were at stake, she would suddenly start playing like a demon.
Ten seconds. That's how fast some players lost their coin after pressing start. Ten seconds.
Was it fair? No. Did they line up to play anyway? Absolutely.
In time, tightening regulations and shifting circumstances drove strip mahjong out of the arcades. But in its day, it was more commonplace than one can imagine now, with numerous developers sustaining the genre. It was no mere pastime—it was a cultural phenomenon that genuinely moved Japanese entertainment and its economy.
Looking back from an era of instant access to explicit content, strip mahjong may seem like an oddity. But the young players of that time invested their hard-earned coins and hours, learned the rules of mahjong, and fought through difficulty that can only be described as unfair—all for their "reward." It was never just about the destination. It was the struggle they were hooked on.
Strange, a little absurd, yet burning with a passion all its own—this uniquely Japanese gaming culture deserves to be passed on to the next generation.
This game is its true successor, born from that very wish.
And now, at long last, she takes off even "the last piece"—the one the regulations of that era never allowed you to see.
Mahjong matches, dramatically evolved in full 3D!
Just you and her—and she stays undressed as the match goes on!
Through the game of mahjong, you might just see a side of the heroines no one else gets to see.
You can even touch them mid-match and enjoy their reactions...?
Auto Mode Included—But the Heroines Show No Mercy
"I don't know the rules of mahjong..." No problem.
Auto Mode plays your turns for you at the press of a button, so you can breeze through the story and strip scenes. (Toggle it on or off anytime, even mid-match.)
Toggle It Freely! The "Compliance" Feature—Hide Sensitive Areas with the Mysterious Light
Sensitive areas during matches and strip scenes can be covered with the time-honored "mysterious light."
Handy for streaming, or for playing somewhere a little too public!
Beyond a simple ON/OFF toggle, you can even adjust its size to match the compliance standards of each era.
Deeper Immersion with VR Mode (Sold Separately as DLC)
The base game (Desktop Mode) includes all game content. VR is not required.
That said—add the VR Mode DLC, and the game becomes playable with a VR headset.
The heroine, seated right across the mahjong table.
Stand up. Walk around her. Lean in close.
The feeling that someone is truly there, playing mahjong with you—only VR can deliver it.
"Zero-distance undressing" becomes exactly that: zero distance.
The VR Mode Bundle, which includes the base game and the DLC together, is also available. Already own the base game? The DLC alone is all you need.
The sexual content in this game consists solely of clothing-removal (striptease) scenes. There are no depictions of explicit sexual acts.
In compliance with Japanese law, genitals are not depicted (not modeled).
This is a two-player strip mahjong game, faithful to the traditional format of the genre. There is no four-player mode.
There is no tutorial for the rules of mahjong. Auto Mode can play for you, but it does not guarantee victory.
Difficulty is challenging, true to the original arcade releases(difficulty settings and unlimited free continues available).
The game currently supports resolutions up to Full HD (1920×1080).
VR Mode is a separately sold DLC. All content can be played in the base game without VR.
Now, experience zero-distance undressing!

一款小品级的游戏.....欲言又止的水平
I played this game originally for the VR mode of Riichi Mahjong hoping it would be unique in its gameplay. If you are looking for a good VR Mahjong game, this is not the one. If you are however into the whole ecchi aspect of VR games then go right ahead as it specialised in that. But even in my opinion it was lacking. Unfortunately, its the same point and click VR Mahjong game as any other game with the same premise. Although it feels a little smoother and the UI is easy to navigate. There are many instances where you can feel that the VR side of the game really wasn't catered towards the gameplay of Mahjong, but instead - the strip game afterwards. The game is not too friendly but at the same time, is also friendly towards those newer to Mahjong. As there are no indicators of value for each tile translated on the top left of it (like in most Mahjong games). But there's an autoplay function and the ability to choose the "difficulty" of the matches. This degrades it to a simple strip game with extra steps if you don't actually know how to play Mahjong And on top of that, the "strip game" aspect is underwhelming at its peak, but it is intriguing leading up to it. And the content you get from one girl was fully completed in 30 minutes, which was majority spent in Tenpai (8 to be exact). I will be refunding this, but I may buy it again someday if the gameplay itself was more high effort VR-wise.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 6: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Feels a lot unfair even on Casual mode, the ratio of win/lose is more losing than winning. But hey, Tomboy boobs.
