Strikers Edge

I really wanted to like this game since I liked the concept but I was disappointed after playing. [h1] The Good [/h1] + gameplay had so much potential (Pudge-war gameplay with different heroes) + Heroes all had unique gimmicks [h1] The Bad [/h1] - single player experience/story was mediocre. (No voice acting or artwork for the campaign - just walls of text) - Online is pretty dead. - Tried playing with my SO online and the ping/latency made it unbearable - also very limited options. All in all, I would suggest that you try other games out there. This just ain't it.

Verdict: Safe skip. The price tag killed any potential the game might have had. + The music is ok The games pixel art is really nice 1v1 or 2v2 Local coop 8 characters to pick from - No steam trading cards Steam achievements are mainly for online games and they are a grind fest There are bugs (I was hit with environmental hazard before it appeared for example) The game is terrible at explaining special abilities Extremely expensive for what it does Basically no content. You will see everything the game has to offer in the first five minutes Strikers Edge is basically a minigame that you can find for free elsewhere (HotS and SC2 had it in better version) The matches are really, really slow. Characters have too much hp for how easy is to dodge The characters are not balanced at all

[*]A empresa desligou os servidores(modo online indisponível). [*]Poucos mapas. [*]Modo campanha sem graça e curto. [/list] O jogo em si é interessante e possui uma jogabilidade bem polida, mas infelizmente os servidores foram desligados, dessa maneira não é mais possível jogar online. Sendo assim não recomendo mais a compra desse jogo, o modo campanha é curto e sem graça. Ao menos que você queira jogar no modo local ou sempre contra bots. FLP

I AM BORDERLINE ON RECOMMENDING. I can only recommend this game in good conscious to a group of people who can play with each other / against each other either online or in local couch co-op setting. Mechanically speaking, this game is fun as hell. Unfortunately, the community is dead and you'll only get queued against the same AI bot once your queue time hits a certain length. The campaign for each character is short, stale, and contains bland lore thus there isn't much content there. Overall, if you plan to play with a friend online or couch co-op this one, it'd be a really good time. Beyond this scenario, I wouldn't recommend.

메인에서 P 버튼 누르고 나오는 Party 화면에서 왜 친구가 안보일까요 스팀 오버레이에서 친구 초대하는 버튼이나 게임 참가 버튼도 활성화 안되어있네요 로컬말고 온라인으로 초대해서 같이 2:2 돌리고 싶은데 불가능... 하는사람이 적어서 그냥 동시에 매칭돌리면 같이 잡히긴하는데 2:2는 서로 상대팀으로 A.I 컴퓨터 끼고 하네요 한국에서는 온라인 멀티 핑이 높게 나와서 1vs1은 핑 100ms, 2vs2는 200~290ms 정도 나와요 참고하세요 게임은 꽤 재밌는데 핑이 조금있어서 피했는데 맞는다던가 막았는데 맞는다던가 굴렀는데 맞는다던가 숨었는데 맞는다던가 좀 그렇긴한데 80퍼 할인이면 사서 할만하다고 생각해여 친구들하고 재밌게 할수있을거에요 개발자님 멀티 핑좀 개선해주고 온라인 친구 파티 초대 문제좀 해결해주세요 게임은 정말 재밌어요 추후에 신규맵이나 신규 캐릭터 같이 업데이트도 좀 더 되면 좋을꺼같아요

Very good game, but without online this game is pretty much pointless. Dunno why they didn't even added a Lobby/Room system to at least allow tournaments and people to play the game with friends. I just bought it to support my country, kinda over the fence to refund it. Since without online, this game as no real value.

Primarily online game - No online. Not even peer to peer. There’s a campaign but it’s just a string of quickplay games with generic fantasy text spliced in. Gameplay is uneventful and in dire need of some sort of ricochet mechanic. Waste of perfectly good spritework.

Depuis septembre 2022, les serveurs de jeu sont hors ligne, ce qui rends les fonctionnalités multijoueurs en ligne inaccessibles. Strikers Edge, alors ? Jeu principalement en ligne ? Mais : Pas de mode multijoueur. Même pas de peer-to-peer. Il y a bien une campagne, mais ce n'est qu'une succession de parties rapides avec des textes de fantasy génériques. Le gameplay est monotone et manque cruellement d'un petit quelques choses qui le rendrait plus fun avec de la rejouabilité. Graphismes pourtant réussis ! 온라인 플레이를 지원 안하는건지 뭔지 현재 로그인 무한 실패로 온라인 플레이 불가능 애초부터 게임이 온라인 아니면 할 게 없는 수준인데 이래서야... 절대 구매 하지 마세요
