Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 11 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very nice game
Story of the Survivor: Prisoner is an indie action RPG that combines zombie survival, exploration, crafting, and resource management within the confined environment of a prison. Developed by Kamil Szczepanik and published by Animakemu Games, the game was released in September 2017. Instead of presenting a massive post-apocalyptic landscape, it concentrates on a much smaller and more claustrophobic location. Players follow Steve and his fellow inmates as they attempt to escape after the world has been devastated by a zombie outbreak. The straightforward premise works reasonably well because a prison naturally provides locked rooms, narrow passages, hidden supplies, and numerous obstacles that fit survival gameplay. Exploration is one of the more important aspects of the experience. Steve's thief skills allow players to open lockers and doors in search of useful equipment and resources. This gives the prison more purpose than simply functioning as a backdrop for combat. Searching previously inaccessible areas can provide supplies that contribute to survival and progression, encouraging players to investigate their surroundings rather than simply rush toward the next objective. The possibility that zombies are not the only danger also gives the setting additional tension, suggesting that surviving the apocalypse involves dealing with threats beyond the undead. Equipment variety is surprisingly substantial for a game of this scale. The Steam description advertises 250 items and 60 weapons, providing plenty of potential discoveries during the escape. A crafting system allows players to create additional weapons, connecting scavenging directly with combat preparation. This is a sensible design choice because collecting miscellaneous resources becomes more meaningful when those materials can eventually improve the player's ability to survive. Boss encounters provide more significant combat challenges and help break up the routine of fighting ordinary enemies. The game also features three playable characters, which adds some variety to its RPG structure. Having several characters suits the premise of prisoners trying to survive together and prevents the adventure from being entirely centered on a solitary survivor. However, the overall presentation remains relatively modest, so players expecting extensive character development or a deeply cinematic narrative may find the storytelling fairly simple. The main objective remains clear throughout: survive the dangers inside the prison and find a way to freedom. Hunger and thirst systems add another dimension to the survival mechanics. Players cannot concentrate exclusively on weapons and combat because basic resources also matter. Food and water become valuable alongside equipment, encouraging more careful exploration and resource management. This creates a useful relationship between the game's different systems. Searching rooms can uncover supplies, thief abilities provide access to restricted areas, collected materials support crafting, and crafted or discovered weapons help deal with enemies. Although none of these individual concepts are especially unusual for the survival genre, they complement one another effectively within the prison environment. The game's greatest limitation is its modest production scale. Its lightweight technical requirements and relatively simple presentation make it clear that this is not intended to compete with large survival RPGs in visual detail, environmental complexity, or narrative sophistication. The experience is better suited to players who appreciate older-style independent games and can overlook limited production values in favor of mechanical ideas. The prison setting helps compensate for the restricted scope because a compact environment feels appropriate when the entire objective revolves around escaping confinement. Story of the Survivor: Prisoner is exclusively designed around a single-player adventure, so there is no multiplayer survival component to extend the experience. Its appeal therefore depends heavily on enjoyment of exploration, inventory management, crafting, combat, and maintaining survival resources. The English interface, audio, and subtitles make its intended presentation straightforward, while the extremely modest hardware requirements reflect the game's uncomplicated technical foundation. Overall, Story of the Survivor: Prisoner has an appealing survival concept that makes sensible use of its setting. Lockpicking and exploration encourage scavenging, scavenging supports crafting and survival, numerous weapons provide combat options, and hunger and thirst create additional pressure while players search for an escape route. Its execution is noticeably limited by its small indie scale, and players seeking sophisticated combat, elaborate storytelling, or modern presentation will probably find it lacking. For those who enjoy inexpensive, straightforward zombie RPGs with crafting and resource-management mechanics, however, there is enough variety to make the journey through the infected prison reasonably entertaining.
