Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.71/day in the week to Aug 22 → 12.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Firstly, although I recommend this game, I purchased it with the DLC from a third party website. It should've been a £15 RRP game at launch due to the short length and no replayability. The game is good. The environments are great, the voice acting is probably its strongest point. The monsters range from creepy to slightly humorous (your boss who is a big headed idiot basically gets mutated into a giant head). That being said, the story doesn't explain the organism at all and just leaves it up to your imagination. Its very short, I think I finished it in around 3.5 hours. But having spent £7 on it that wad fine. If I'd have spent £30 on it I'd have been livid. The DLC is... odd. And doesn't really add anything to the game. It introduces new mechanics and is probably the second best diving simulator to subnautica, but ends rather strangely and explains nothing. It feels like there was another chapter that was cut. Maybe due to funding? I don't know. Overall, 6/10. Worth a few quid for a chill Sunday afternoon to immerse yourself and finish it in one sitting.

Belle expérience d'horreur. Des concepts Lovecraftiens bien utilisés et l'ambiance sur la plateforme est super prenante.
The game has a very strong sense of immersion. The atmosphere is top-tier, and the music perfectly emphasizes the depth of this journey. The voice acting is also excellent and makes you fully believe in what is happening, allowing you to truly feel it. As a horror game, it isn’t particularly scary, but if you have a fear of water, confined spaces, or the endless ocean surrounding you, it can definitely feel disturbing. The story itself is quite interesting and rather sad. As you progress, you begin to genuinely empathize with the main character and their companions. The gameplay mechanics are enjoyable, especially the parkour. Exploring the ship is also engaging, and the achievement system adds an interesting layer. The game is relatively short — if you don’t rush, you can finish it in a couple of days. For me, as someone who enjoys slow-paced, narrative-driven interactive games, this was a great experience. The story and gameplay will definitely stay with me for a long time. 🌊
Scottish electrician has to survive through a nightmare on an oil rig where everything that can go wrong does go wrong. The game ran a bit slow at the start but im sure thats just a me issue as i just changed a bunch of settings lower than the default and it ran much better while still looking great. The game does a great job with its atmosphere as I felt immersed most of the time and I couldnt stop looking away from the meaty mass thing because of how pretty it looked later on into the night.
good story
Alien Isolation "Lite"
A lot of people watching the trailers will be immediately getting Alien Isolation vibes, so I'm giving it a review from that perspective. You're on an oil rig instead of a space station, but the confined, claustrophobic environments immediately bring Alien Isolation to mind. The game is much more linear, though. You'll revisit the same areas multiple times, but it's all heavily scripted. There's no real backtracking as there's nothing you can forget to pick up that you'll need later. You also literally can't get lost, because there's always just one way to go. The monsters aren't as clever as the Alien in Alien Isolation. They won't actively intelligently stalk you and are confined to specific areas, while the rest of the game focuses more on environmental challenges such as diving, climbing, jumping, extinguishing fires etc. to progress. Overall, it feels more like a not bad story that you mostly walk through than a paranoia inducing horror game. The story is good enough to keep you interested, but it explains or even hints at nothing about what's actually going on. That's a bit of a let down, but in a way actually adds to the mystery. The developers even seem to acknowledge the game's pace as there's a "walking simulator" achievement for completing it without sprinting for more than a total of ten minutes throughout the entire game. I give it a pass because the story is good enough to keep you interested until the end, the voice acting is really good and the graphics are really nice, but I'd only recommend picking it up on sale. It's not worth the full A$50, I finished in around 7 hours (with at least an hour having the game sitting in pause while doing other stuff around the house). If you're looking for true claustrophobic, heart racing horror, get Alien Isolation instead.
Çok güzeldi
One of the best games I have played recently, it could be a bit more scary or have a few more enemy variants but other than that it has some of the best written dialouges with cool characters, perfect voice acting, amazing level design, atmosphere in gaming. 8.5/10. I really recommend it, especially when it's on sale it's worth a buy. :)
10/10 only complaint is that i got spoiled like 2 years ago
