Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.71/day in the week to Aug 22 → 12.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

amazing story and environment
You don’t see this specific atmosphere in the horror genre, but this game incorporates industrial structures into a beautiful and disturbing environment. The game just looks awesome, and the gameplay is also engaging. As for the story itself, I feel a too much was left unanswered. That can work well in these types of horror games, but literally nothing about the anomaly was explained at all. The backstory to the main character is done well, and I’m not disappointed in that. The character’s were done well, they felt like their own entities instead of just part of the environment. I did not notice any meaningful bugs, the gameplay is smooth. Part of me wishes the game had more puzzles instead of “get over there” then “swim here” and so on, which is about 90% of the gameplay. This game still works well, but it felt a little too easy. The mechanic with hostile creatures was done well, kept basic in a good way. I obviously won’t spoil it, but the ending was done well in my opinion. With all that said, I would hesitate to purchase this game at full price, as it’s (in my opinion) expensive for a single player game. I am poor, so if you have the money to spend they I don’t think you will be disappointed

I'm speachless this was one of if the best game I've played
jeez the game keep crashing even w/ -dx11 launch option and stopped working all together near the ending.
holy ♥♥♥♥
I did not expect to be this thrilled with a 4/6-hour walking sim on a North Sea oil rig. Here we are. The Scottish cast is the heart of it. Best voice acting I have encountered in the genre. The two BAFTAs for performance are earned. Visually striking too. The Beira D feels massive and fragile at once. There is a grainy, period-accurate quality to the image. And I like that Caz is not a hero. He is a working man who made one bad decision. Trying to get home, losing people he knows. Recommended!
Bad overly linear gameplay, bad point to point story, ending was very abbrupt and disappointing. Only redeeming factors were the voice acting and the visuals (which were awesome in silver screen mode which I was playing on for most of the game).
This is my favorite horror game of all time, not just because of it's depiction of cosmic horror, but because of how human it's characters are. This is a story of consequence, of the main character facing his actions and atoning for his mistakes. This game is not for everyone. As a matter-of-fact, it is for the most part a walking sim, but if you really take the time to absorb this game's world and story, then you are in for a pleasant surprise. The horror is on point, and while not mind-blowingly terrifying, I was disturbed nonetheless. Do not expect an explanation, this is cosmic horror at it's finest. Frankly, I am indifferent to a sequel to this game. If there is a story to explore, then I would be down to see it, however it also thrives as a self-contained gem. I have no complaints. It ran perfectly the entire time, and is a game that I will remember for a long time.
Game crawls to a standstill on the deck, seems to be a common and unfixed issue. Refunding, do not recommend in its current abandoned state. Game also refused to launch without the -dx11 launch option, another unfixed issue. Edit: After reading other reviews, it appears the game is fundamentally flawed on NVIDIA 50 Series GPUs. Avoid this game if you have a 50-series GPU. You have been warned.
