Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Stellar Tactics is a nostalgic return to the excitement and wonder of classic RPGs with a compelling narrative, strategic squad-based ground combat, and rewarding open-world space exploration. Survival will require the most skilled team and the best weapons, armor, and equipment you can get your hands on. With 10,000 sectors, tens of thousands of solar systems, and millions of planets to discover, you can explore, fight, and trade to your heart’s content as you build a party of seasoned veterans to dominate the challenges of deep space.
You are a genetically engineered mercenary who is woken from cryostasis after your escape pod is rescued. It has been years since a disaster struck the colony ship you were stationed on. Much has changed in the galaxy. A disease known as Phage is mutating and slowly consuming worlds while the galactic powers fight for supremacy and control. You must assemble a crew and choose your path while navigating the intricate politics and dangerous foes you will meet in your travels.
Can you find the source and end the Phage before it consumes the entire galaxy? Will you choose one of the political powers with which to ally yourself or stay strictly a mercenary for hire? The choice is yours.
Stellar Tactics combines the turn-based combat of classic RPGs such as Fallout with space exploration in a massive open-world universe. On the ground, explore space stations, ancient ruins, caves, planetary bases and interact with a variety of characters - each with their own goals and objectives.
Engage in turn-based tactical combat against mutants, monsters, and hostile forces such as raiders, pirates, and scavengers, with every weapon having its advantages and disadvantages. Harness the formidable power of Psionics, and an ancient alien force - Azimuth. Build your squad from novice mercenaries into experts as you choose what skills they will specialize and excel in with a classless system where character skills improve as you use them.
Explore a vast universe of over 160,000 star systems where you can embark on missions; hunt pirates and raiders for bounties; scan planets for data, hidden locations, and valuable minerals; disable and board enemy ships; and mine asteroids for precious ores to make additional money and craft powerful gear.

Reviews
I like it but feel the space combat needs improvement
games ok

It is pretty good, though it lacks starsector's depth, it has the tactical aspect to make up for it
The best genre mix universe so far. Most ideas came from other games and was put together into Stellar Tactics! The ground fights is a simplified form from X-Com / Menace's squads. Space fight reminds me on EVE. Then there was a classless progression system based on skill and item usage. I'm still on Starter System and there is no need for me to rush anything. Only negative effect: The game consumes much of your spare time! Onky one more mission can end in a 2h session :) This game needs some more maketing because it's worth the few bucks! I also bought the supporter pack dlc to support ongoing development.
Stellar Tactics is played in space, on ground, on planets on space stations. 1. You assemble a team of 4 Characters and solve adventures - recommended following the storyline. 2. It is round based combat - in the beginning quite hard. At this moment my characters are at Level 11 and I know there are areas and dungeons I should evade. 3. The Game allows you to find weapons, to repair weapons, to craft weapons, to improve weapons. Same with armor, boots, gloves and helmets. You constantly use the better to improve the good. 4. you can be a Fighter, an Adventurer and a Merchant. 5, I love the concept., how spacetravel is made. After "elite" it is the new standard. (The space fight is hard to handle .. I have confidence, that I will adapt. ) Bonus: And then there is the moment when you hear: there is a guy, one guy, spending a decade to programm it. I am deeply in respect for Don Wilkins. Thank you for enriching my live :-) best Jochen
A little over 4 hours in and haven't seen any type of ship combat. The pacing is just awful, I doubt that I will get to the ship combat part and now I'm pretty sure it will be bland and boring as well.
Normally don't post reviews but believe this dev and team deserve a lot of credit for this game at its current state. One of the biggest reasons is my wife yelling at me every night because I'm spending too much time with it LoL. What is the current status of this game anyways? Is it dead and if so would there me a chance for Modder's to get involved?
