Battlefront II's launch was rough. Really rough. But after years of updates it became one of the best Star Wars multiplayer games ever made... just in time for EA to stop supporting it. The visuals are incredible, the sound design is almost perfect, and every battle feels like you've stepped straight into the films. Whether you're storming the beaches of Naboo, defending Hoth or duelling heroes, the game constantly delivers those "this is why I love Star Wars" moments. The biggest problem today isn't the gameplay. It's the hackers. Official servers have become increasingly frustrating, and some matches feel like they're being hosted by the Dark Side itself. If you're going to play Battlefront II in 2026, do yourself a favour and use the Kyber Launcher. Community-hosted servers make it far easier to avoid cheaters, play with mods and actually enjoy the game the way it deserves to be played. Battlefront II deserved a better launch. It deserved longer support. And these days, it deserves to be played through Kyber.
fun
good game ngl
This is one of the worst gaming experiences of my life. The multiplayer sucks, enemy ships can one shot you from across the galaxy while you can unload into them and do half their hp. same with infantry battles. there is no sort of sensical matchmaking so it just dumps you into a game with no tutorial against veteran players and tells you to go screw yourself. no point in trying to play long enough to unlock upgrades, you'll spend more time dead than alive. they stripped everything that made the originals good and turned it into just some mutiplayer slop. worst game ive every played 0/10
