I'm about six hours and a handful of missions deep, and so far I haven't had any crashes or framerate problems like other people seem to be having. One experience with cinematic camera pointed at a wall and some stutter during loading screens, but that's been the worst of it. I have framerate locked at 120, other settings at high preset on 1440p. The game is really fun, animations and voice acting are all great. I'm on normal difficulty for first playthrough and it honestly seems a little easy... no characters suffering injuries yet. Hopefully it will ramp up later, and if it doesn't I'll just bump it up to hard. Good game, highly recommend.

Zero is a decent game. Not great or bad, just decent. The goals of the missions and actions in the base are very well laid out and displayed on the UI. The skills, training and focus points is new. I like the the way Zero handles training. Some skills are good, some meh and some not to useful. Typical depending on your game play. It looks great even on low graphics settings. There is a problem with FPS depending on your system. Tactical game play is really decent with a (so far) balance. I've only done 8 missions and tried 3 new games with different types. The games does a smooth transition from non-combat to combat. Of course the non-combat portions are 3d person PlayStation-style movement. It does a lot better than any game I've see. Most of the time, you end up in a line and exposed when you go into combat. Zero moves everyone into cover before going into turn-based. And then here is the UI. It slaps you in face the first battle. I've seen the task wheel used before on a PC, most on the shooters. It is a primarily a game console setup. It isn't too bad if you can zoom out enough to see the situation, but Zero doesn't do that. The field of view is really narrow. Shows off the pretty graphics, but hinders game play as a PC tactical game. Zero is a mission based game like X-Com and most military war games. Over all, a decent game. It's Star Wars! Not going to be my favorite, but worth playing and re-playing once in a while.

Good game of xcom X star wars. Has a couple bugs here and there, nothing game breaking though. performance was decent. overall 7/10 game. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much reason to re-play after first completion, but got a good almost 40 hours out of it.
game is burning up my gpu the stutters are getting game breaking. games should not be released in this state... wait until they patch it and if you dont see them doing this soon then i would just hold off altogether. shame i think the games not that bad but cant get into it for the game running so badly....

Great game! I completed the campaign on hard in 33 hrs. Fans of XCOM will really enjoy the game loop and fans of starwars will really enjoy the story. In it's current state, there's a lot left to be desire for graphical optimization. The graphics and flow of the game even falls short when comparing to XCOM 2 or chimera squad (2020). Hopefully the devs will put the work into improving this. If you need to play the game on 4K super HD melt you mind amazing graphics, wait 6 months for the game to get fixed. Otherwise, it's fun and playable at this time.
Since we can’t have XCOM 3, this will certainty do. And it does quite nicely.
Its honestly a really dope star wars story, with a lot of callbacks and easter eggs to other star wars media. I find it to be a lot more engaging than xcom although a lot easier as well, but if you liked xcom i think you'd like zero company as well, especially if you are a star wars fan. There are some performance issues which i would be cautious of ig you have an older machine but i found settings that worked well for me. tel , cly and trick goated btw solid 9/10 game, hoping for DLC in the future
