Squareboy vs Bullies: Arena Edition

Este juego es un beat'em up al estilo final fight o streets of rage por tomar referentes de mi época. Sin embargo, me ha resultado bastante aburrido y repetitivo. Las fases se me han hecho demasiado largas para lo poco que ofrecen: los mismos enemigos apareciendo una y otra vez sin variaciones relevantes... El personaje no evoluciona, tiene pocos movimientos y con alcance corto, las armas son un tanto sosas y no hay prácticamente ninguna interacción con el escenario. Bajo mi punto de vista es un juego mediocre, que no aporta nada al género y que resulta aburrido.

O jogo tem muitos modos de jogo, mas faltam muitos modos de jogo como os modos de dificuldade, o co-op para 2 a 4 jogadores, e o balance dos Bullies que causam mais dano ao Squareboy do que o próprio Squareboy causa aos inimigos. O input lag incomoda muito na jogabilidade e os inimigos metem-se pela frente e por trás, fazendo pressão devido à velocidade que os Bullies têm a mais. A música é repetitiva e recomendo que oiçam a vossa música favorita enquanto jogam este jogo. De resto, a versão da Steam dá 10-0 à versão da Nintendo Switch por falta de achievements na consola da Nintendo. Os Achievements são fáceis de obter, embora o jogo seja fácil de aprender e difícil de masterizar. Recomendo que adicionem conteúdo extra e gratuito para continuar a desfrutar do jogo. Nota final - 4/10

Squareboys vs Bullies is a single player story based arcade style beat'em'up in the general style of Double Dragon or Vendetta but with retro pixel graphics and you control a weird little blob instead of a cool 1980's action hero. Beat up the bullies and gang members who bullied you and progress from level to level. Perform standard beat'em'up attacks and even a few combos to help you kill the baddies. Refreshingly this isn't vapid Russian shovelware or, a Unity asset flip. Some art style went into the retro pixel graphics which is a lot better than most retro pixel games at this tier. The gameplay is very repetitive however and the graphics style clashes with the gameplay harshly. The lack of control customisation and worse, no full screen option, push this game beneath the minimum standards for PC. It's nice that the developers genuinely tried to make a decent game here but it's not nearly good enough to warrant a recommendation from me.

Very cool game. I liked it a lot.

Extremely short/easy game. Only one stage really gave me a short struggle. However that’s not to say it’s a bad game. It’s worth the cheap price for a simple beat em up game. It’s an easy 100% achievement game.

Simple corto y entretenido, mis dedos por dios tanto tiki tiki se pasan xd! Pd: logros muy faciles, 2 a 3 h de juego despues tienes el modo arena.
