About
SPRAWL zero is a first-person shooter inspired by 2000s console FPS games. Both the aesthetics and design sensibility call back to the Golden Age, where the genre evolved from shooting in corridors to building worlds.
You play as FIVE, a cybernetically enhanced supersoldier controlled by the Junta. Your directive is to eliminate SILAS, leader of the radical techno-religious group IMAGO-DEI. The city will plunge into chaos as all factions known and unknown grasp for the reins. Reconcile your truths or succumb to the SPRAWL.
Combat in SPRAWL zero is fast-paced but grounded. Enemy squads will communicate and coordinate to wrestle the advantage. Flanks, covering fire, and grenades will flush you out, creating dynamic firefights inspired by classics like F.E.A.R. and Halo.
In your hands, FIVE must outsmart and outmaneuver the opposition using any advantage possible. Catch their bullets and throw them right back with the Gravity Shield, or bend your shots midair with Bullet-Time for inhuman precision. A massive arsenal of weapons and FIVE’s cybernetics are your tools of destruction.
Gravity Gloves, Gravity Shield, and Rushdown expand combat beyond gunplay, enabling aggressive pushes, defensive play, and physics-driven encounters. No problem has just one solution.
Handcrafted levels feature multiple paths, verticality, and alternate approaches, rewarding experimentation and replayability. Push aggressively, play tactically from cover, or dominate encounters through physics-based combat. Player agency was a fundamental pillar of Y2K design, and SPRAWL zero accommodates players to find their own niche.

MUSIC IS LEGENDARY, you can adjust the treble and bass to make it PERFECT TOO!! SOLID GAMEPLAY, TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT! Playing on hardest difficulty feels like thats the way its meant to be played, Both you and the enemy is equally deadly even though it says your taking 200% damage. Heads up, Guns are one clip use in this game though, so you will CONSTANTLY have to pick up guns off the floor, often not the one you wanted to because theres a mix of different levels and types and strewn about from your murderous rampage. You can find better weapons from chests, but those too, are one clip. At least y9ou get to throw the gun as a mini granade. You can grab basically anything except gun bullets, but these one gun you can grab the bullet you shoot and its pro when combined with shock power.

game made up of "i liked this fps growing up" but it's just a bit of all of the classics put into one game pick up gun shoot guy and throw gun combat loop was very satisfying to play around, and the movement tech ("secret" but not really difficult) felt very fun to use to get through levels. it kicked ass, really enjoyed this
style and substance
Quite cool 2000's stylized FPS with disposable weaponry juggling and things associate with that style era: that being the usage of physics to hurl stuff at enemies and interact with environment. Levels look nice and soundtrack fits the action. You can follow the story well but half of it is in codex notes which you have to find and some bits make sense if you played SPRAWL (which i didn't, but it was fine). Other than that, the gameplay itself is fun and interactive but if you hope for some replayability there's not much of it.
It's intense all the way through, with extreme forward momentum. It's a game focused on gameplay feel with levels that feel good to sprint through, crushing any in your way. You have one gun at a time and you'll rip your next ones out of your enemies' hands. There's no inventory so while there are secrets to find, I mainly ran through on instinct, tapping the navigation button occasionally. It just felt appropriate with the rushing DnB soundtrack! The lack of inventory might stifle its design a bit but the result is a tight experience with great pacing.
Badass game. Praying for a Horde mode.
Good game.
A game that perfectly finds a balance between speed and tactical. A worthy purchase if you enjoy HALO, HALF-LIFE, but want a bit more speed.
С кайфом за один-два присеста. На выходные прям самое-то.
