I'm gonna give it the full two hours before I refund it. Cons, maps too small, generic. weapons dont evolve or combo to my enjoyment. they just have varients. not enough meat on this bone for me. gonna buy a burger combo instead.

The game also has good retro styled graphics, a nice soundtrack and goofy looking enemies. Maybe bigger arenas with even more enemies on screen or harder difficulties because the game can become really easy once you get OP weapons and modifiers. [u]Sportal[/u] feels like a Friday night in October 1998. Halloween is right around the corner, your favorite sports-ball team won a big rivalry game, an extra cheese pizza is en route, and your bedroom window is slightly ajar to feel that crisp autumn breeze. The vibes are immaculate with this one. Weapon variety covers most of the bases. Baseball bats, hockey sticks, footballs, lacrosse sticks, golf clubs, frisbees, representing most, not all sports. The arenas are tight, intimate spaces with some being larger than others, but each wave feels fresh with the abundance of mutators that add some spice. I encountered a few bugs i.e. getting stuck on pipes, enemies still moving while I selected my next upgrade, and a couple of seemingly random deaths. Even considering it's flaws I confidently recommend this for any fan of old-school arena shooters with some sports flare. While not a grand slam, Sportal is a three-base hit. With a few tweaks this could easily be a home-run.

actually beat the game in 2.5 hours with the bowling ball and lacrosse stick, legit fun as hell very mindless but overall could use a lot of variety in more upgrades and weapons and maybe an endless mode. tbh it would be very incredible if there was a return to the beginning feature with all new unlocks and stuff. but yea good game, had fun in that 2 and a half hours. pls devs keep updating the game with new content.

O jogo é muito bom, ele tem um estilo bem único com sua temática e armas porém no geral achei um pouco curto dms ele tem uma progressão de fases com chefes ao final sendo um rougue like que vc vai escolhendo os upgrades a medida que upa de level. Achei bem legal as armas e os monstros lembra um pouco postal brain damage o estilo e na criatividade. No geral ele tem uma arvore de habilidades grande onde vc ganha moedas nas runs e assim gasta nos upgrades q facilitam o jogo. Enfim eu espero que ainda lancem mais conteúdos adicionais aqui pq realmente é muito bom. E pra quem assim como eu gostou do jogo recomendo irem atrás do postal brain damage e do fidaput samurai que são bem similares a esse.

Extremely fun and satisfying gameplay. Really creative weapon and creature design. I was genuinely sad when I beat the game because I was having so much fun with it. Really hope the devs keep working and put out more content.
