Worth it for Shadow Generations alone. 9 year old me would've found the Doom Powers and the bosses the coolest thing ever Very funny that [spoiler]there isn't a single shadow the hedgehog (2005) stage but Black Doom is front and centre as the main villain[/spoiler] also in terms of the story [spoiler]Maria and Gerald's return isn't treated as important as it should be - likely a consequence for how short Shadow's campaign is. I'm glad Gerald's journal supplements some much needed insight into his character before Maria's death, but Maria herself could have at the very least shared lines with Shadow during stages or spent more time with one another between cutscenes.[/spoiler] Basically, where is Shadow the Hedgehog 2

I don't like Sonic. Tried many entries in the series, but other than Frontiers, I never truly felt like I enjoyed a Sonic game. I've tried Generations at least 5 times in the past. Never clicked for me, still can't finish it. But OH MY GOD is Shadow DLC amazing. It's so fun to play without any stupid fat around it. Just peak.
