The Stealth Store Page Edit (The Deluxe Scam)If you do decide to ignore this review and buy the game, DO NOT BUY THE DELUXE EDITION. Only buy the regular edition. When the game first launched on the Steam Store, the description heavily implied that future DLC hunters and content expansions would be included. Once they got everyone’s money, they quietly edited and changed their store page text, deleting those promises. Now, Deluxe owners are being forced to pay real cash for newly released content. It’s predatory mobile-game greed masquerading as a premium PC release.🐕 2. The Cerberus Wall Forces You to CheatThe balancing in this game is completely broken. Progression feels completely fine until you hit the Cerberus boss fight. From that point onward, the game hits an artificial, brick-wall difficulty spike designed to force ungodly hours of mobile-style stat grinding. The tracking is broken, the hitbox detection is a joke, and the passive fire damage makes it zero fun. The boss is so poorly balanced that the community has collectively given up and turned to the WeMod Trainer just to turn on Infinite HP or Damage Multipliers to bypass the madness. When players have to resort to third-party cheats just to progress the main story, your game design has fundamentally failed.🔄 3. It's Still a Lazy Mobile PortThey removed the gacha, but they forgot to remove the mind-numbing bloat. You aren't just leveling up Sung Jinwoo. You have to spend hours grinding resources to level up your weapons, armor, skills, supporting hunters, shadow summons, and individual dungeons. It is a tedious, exhausting time-sink designed to disrespect your time.The Bottom Line:Netmarble changed their store page to rip off their most loyal buyers, and they balanced the mid-game to be an unplayable slog without WeMod mods. Save your money. Do not support these developers.
