Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 5 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of, if not the best metroidvania I've played in a while. The story is amazing, and the gameplay, even though the movement might be tricky, is great. The combat is exactly what I want out of a metroidvania, a perfect match of difficult fights and easier ones. All in all, if you haven't gotten this game, i highly recommend you get it when you have the chance. It's worth it.

I was looking for something to play while I waited for Silksong DLC, and this game did not disappoint. Although I was skeptical at the beginning since it feels a bit derivative of Ori, it still has a beautiful soundtrack, challenging bosses, and, surprisingly, a really touching story. Highly recommend.
tl;dr: Overall, it is a decent game, but it has zero originality. Past the halfway point, the bosses become tedious and uninteresting. Let’s start with the pros: - The game definitely has a vibe, and a pretty good one at that. At times it feels like a charming fairy tale; at others, it creates an atmosphere of bleakness and despair. The scenery and music complement the immersion quite well. - Solid exploration. Most of the time, exploring is generously rewarded. The player’s curiosity is constantly encouraged with currency, upgrade points, amulets, and so on. - I enjoyed most of the platforming sections. In some cases, when I did not have a particular platforming item, I had to perform a long, specific sequence of inputs to reach a reward, which felt great. Now for the downsides: - There is practically nothing unique about the game, and this is taken almost to the point of absurdity. I do not mind when certain elements, mechanics, or stylistic choices are inspired by another game. That is normal; it is how games evolve. But when developers borrow something, they usually add something of their own. What do we get here? Everything is copied from other games, with almost nothing original added. The very first skill, which sends two flames in opposite directions, as well as the donation box, comes from Blasphemous. The character Chasa is quite literally copied from Quirrel in Hollow Knight. They copied everything down to the smallest details: the same hat, the same mannerisms, the blade, and even the ability to teleport and attack afterward. The lore is shamelessly almost entirely copied from Nine Sols; they did not even hesitate to include an almost identical laboratory (with lore tablets, of course, just like in Nine Sols). And, of course, they copied the worst aspect of the Dark Souls games: every boss has a million fučķing delayed attacks. - I played on the highest difficulty, and for the most part, the game felt easy. There was still some challenge, but all the enemies and bosses were relatively manageable. Past the halfway point, however, the game suddenly becomes unjustifiably and almost impossibly difficult. Nearly every one of the five warriors can take away half of my health bar with a single attack, despite the fact that I am almost at the maximum level. They have loads of instantaneous attacks. The boss Baran is particularly bad: she has three attacks that begin from exactly the same stance, but two of them come out instantly and the last one is delayed. Even the slightest mistiming is punished with completely disproportionate brutality. After Verita and several attempts at Baran, I completely lost interest in the boss fights and switched the difficulty to easy. To sum up: the game has a cool vibe and is atmospheric and interesting, but its complete lack of originality makes it difficult to rate highly. My score is 5.5 out of 10.
I play a lot of Metroidvanias, and this at the moment is my Metroidvania GOTY for 2026 thus far. This obviously take some inspiration from Hollow Knight (because almost what game in the genre doesn't at this point?). Beautiful world design and graphics, snappy movement and parrying, and a nice array of utility gated progression that resulted in me having around 30 hours of gameplay. If I had to nitpick, some of the map areas feel a bit too large and don't offer enough interactivity to make it worthwhile. Some of the bosses seriously kicked my ass on standard difficulty. I don't know how these guys beat it on the highest difficulty. Anyway, try this game out, it is certainly worth your time!
